About the property

You’ll have the entire double upper flat to yourself, set across two spacious floors in a quiet part of Portobello.

The property has four bedrooms:
• Two bedrooms with king-size beds
• One bedroom with a double bed
• One bedroom with a single bed that converts into a king

There is one main bathroom and one bedroom with an en-suite, making it comfortable for sharing.

The flat is clean, bright, and spacious, with a fully equipped kitchen suitable for cooking and dining at home. A separate utility room with a washer and dryer is available for guest use. There is also access to a small private garden.

A travel cot with bedding is available on request.

Location

The flat is close to Portobello High Street and the beach, both within easy walking distance. The high street offers a great mix of independent cafes, shops, brunch spots, pubs, and a wine bar, while the promenade and beach are home to relaxed cafés and food places right by the sea.

Regular buses make it easy to reach Edinburgh city centre, whether you’re visiting the Old Town, New Town, or local attractions.

Good to know:

The flat is in a quiet residential area and suits families, couples, small groups, and relaxed breaks. It is not suitable for parties or events, and we ask guests to be respectful of neighbours. We request the garden be used only between 8am-8pm to ensure noise is limited for our neighbours.
