Helt ok, kan inte förvänta sig mer för det priset. De tillhandahåller tvål och schampoo på begäran men man får betala för handduk. De tog också en deposition på 100 pund som det inte stod nåt om innan. Skulle fått ett mail sa de men det fick vi inget. Ligger ganska långt från Royal mile och Princes Street men det går att gå, annars går det bussar. Som sagt: om man inte har tänkt att tillbringa mycket tid på rummet så är det helt klart ett utmärkt boende, men vill man kanske gå tillbaka för att vila lite mellan varven så kanske det inte är det bästa stället. Men väldigt prisvärt.

It should also be listed on the page where you are able to make your booking. Princess Street and the Royal Mile are only a 20 minute walk away, which works really well as there are many views and locations to explore on this walk. I hope you enjoyed your visit to Edinburgh! Uncomfortable bed, too loud, no soap in the bathro
Worst place I’ve ever stayed at. This hostel/student living was located in the outside of the city. The room was SMALL. There was no soap in the bathroom. You had to pay for the use of towels, bed sheets was included though. The bed was so uncomfortable and extremely small!! (we had a room for 2 persons but the bed was adapted for 1) and pillows completely flat. Very perceptive and we could hear every sound in the corridor outside. Would never stay there again nor recommend it to others.

Bra billigt boende ca 20 min promenad till Waverly och Scott monument. Rent och snyggt, enkla rum men bra standard för pengarna. Eget badrum och med tillgång till kök med kyl, frys, micro spis mm.

Rummen var ok med tanke på priset. Dock var servicen mindre bra. Personalens kvalité var väldigt ojämn och trots bekräftade mailkonversationer så kunde de inte tillhandahålla utlovad service med mera.

Security guard speaking loudly outside my room all night, every half hour. Very expensive for what it is and extra £3 charge for a towel! Bed was uncomfortable and the bedroom door closers made the bed shake too. Only positive was I was close to the event I was attending.

Great location
Basic student accommodation with shared kitchen etc in great location. It was clean, bright and well equipped. However room was stifling due to sun on windows. Staff were friendly and efficient.

Great location, poor mattress
Great location for city. Really terrible cheap mattress, you could feel every spring digging in your back or side. I feel sorry for the students staying at this uni. Everything else was good, but if you want to sleep well, go elsewhere.

Very convenient for the fringe (take a tram or even walk). Lovely quiet area. Communal kitchen was great for me. Not a hotel (student flats) so they dont clean every day - good if you like to sleep in cos they dont bother you ;) . That and the breakfast differentiates it from hotels but otherwise it's good as any other. free coffees/tea.

Decent stay with some minor inconveniences
Had a decent stay with some minor inconveniences. The room was quite warm upon arrival despite cool weather outside and took a long time to cool down as the window couldn't be fully opened. Noise from frequent opening and closing doors in the hallways and general noise from other rooms was clearly audible, e.g. woke up to the alarm clock in the room next door.

Great location for sightseeing and night life. Basic rooms but very clean. Really helpful and friendly staff at reception. Could do with a bath mat as the floor was a little slippy after using the shower.

Overall good for what you're paying for. The room is small but clean. The location isn't in the nicest area, but there are many places to eat (restaurants, cafes etc.) around and it is not far from the city center (walking distance) which is convenient. Overall good for students wanting to save money but do something a bit better than a hostel.

The room was very clean. It was nice to have my own bathroom. It was otherwise very spartan, and the room hot, even though it was cold (low60's F) outside. Imagine it would be stifling on a warm day. The window could only be cracked atiny amount.

We arrived not knowing what to expect after reading the reviews,but was very happy,check in was a breeze,staff were very heplful,room was basic but clean,kitchen area was equipped with everything you needed and it was a 10-15 walk from Edinburgh train station and all the attractions, We would definitely use them again

This is a student accommodation, not a hotel, you have to be aware of that beforehand. The room and bathroom were very clean and the staff was really nice. The room was pretty warm and for some reason you can't really open the window. But you can get a fan at reception which helped a lot. You also have to either bring your own towels or rent some at reception. The connection to the city centre is very good. We were looking for a budget-friendly accommodation and were overall satisfied.

Very bad experience
Unfortunately the experience was so bad that I left after two nights rather than stay for the third. It was extremely hot both and there was no ventilation in the corridors or in the room. The window was fixed and could not be opened.
