Dear guest, I am sorry to hear that the noise from the service lift affected your stay and that you found breakfast too expensive. If you book your breakfast in advance with the reception team is only £10.00 per person a very good value for money as we are in the city centre. The Sky bar is only opened to the public the first Thursday of every month, but if it is not in use me or my team would have been more than happy to show it to you.
