The Space:

Spacious Living Area: The house boasts a large open plan living and dining space, ideal for entertaining or relaxing after a long day of seeing the sights in Edinburgh. Large windows flood the room with natural light, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere. Equipped with freeview TV. Free WiFi.



The property is also equipped with an iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, and washing machine for your convenience. Bed linens and towels included and provided.



Modern Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up delicious dishes or enjoy a take-out. You will find a toaster, kettle, coffee machine, built-in oven and microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer and washing machine. Basic cooking utensils and silverware provided.



Bedrooms: The house features two cosy bedrooms, each offering a peaceful retreat for rest and relaxation. Wooden floors, warm lighting, and comfortable king size beds feature throughout. Baby cot available on request. Equipped with hairdryer and hanging wardrobe storage.



Bathrooms: With two bathrooms, there's never a wait for the shower in the morning rush. Both bathrooms are elegantly designed and equipped with modern fixtures and fittings. One of the bathrooms is en-suite, the other adjacent to the upstairs hallway. Please note there is not a bath at this property. An additional WC can be found off the main living area on the ground floor.



Location: Located in the vibrant city of Edinburgh, you'll have easy access to a wealth of amenities, including shops, restaurants, cafes, and cultural attractions. The property is also well-connected to public transportation, making it easy to explore the city and beyond.



Although this house welcomes children, please note there are stairs at the property and no child gates or safety locks on cupboards.
