Hotell med mycket bra läge, god frukost och trevlig personal! Toaletterna på rummen är inte helt optimala och fungerar sådär, men annars är sängar och övrigt på rummen bra.

The hotel is loud! The door to the bathroom screaked so high that you woke everyone, the toilettfaucet sounded like a train leaving the station, and there were a fan going on and off... it was impossble to sleep an entire night. And yes, there were sounds comming from the city aswell, but those were expected noices. If you are even a littlebit of a light sleeper, pick another hotel!

Bra service men högljudd
Om du vill sova före kl 3 på natten: Ta med dig öronproppar. Trum- och basgången från nattklubben i samma byggnad håller dig garanterad vaken! Annars: Supertrevlig personal, bra säng, ganska spartansk inredning (men kaffe på rummet och adapter för elsförsörjning!!), perfekt läge - nära till allt.

Hotellet ligger väldigt bra till, men det som är sämre är att man inte har ett kylskåp eller ett värdeskåp på rummet, duschen var Inge bra, kom andelen för lite vatten. och sängen var för hård och kuddarna för mjuka enligt oss. Dessutom så kunde man inte öppna fönstret vilket också är ett minus. Men personalen var trevlig och det vi åt på deras restaurang var väldigt gott.

Stayed with a friend, great location, perfect for the fringe. Clean. The most annoying thing was that there was no electricity outlets by the beds, we ended up moving furniture around. Did not have the breakfast but the staff was very friendly!

Great location!
Great location! Good room for a short 2 night stay. Nice AC and a big bed + big TV. Actually a pretty spacious room. The bathroom was wierd, like a unit with a rounded wall and a door with a handle that's like a closet door kind of? That you just pull to open and kind of slam to close it. The bathroom needs an update but not too bad. It is a huge hotel with winding corridors, easy to get lost on the way to/from your room :) The staff at reception were welcoming and nice. They booked a taxi for us by pressning a button, super easy. We didn't have breakfast.

2 minuter från Royal Mile
Bra läge, bra frukost. Jättetrevlig och hjälpsam personal. Restaurang/bar väldigt trevlig med en terrass utanför. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka!

Nära till sevärdheter
Bra läge om du ska se Slottet, Carlton Hill eller Arthurs Seat. Nära till shopping. Städning kunde ha varit något bättre men allt löste sig efter att vi sagt till.

Bra beläget budgethotell!
Toppenhotell som är beläget väldigt centralt i Edinburgh. Inte den flashigaste entrén, och vi lyckades höra den närbelägna klubben väldigt svagt genom väggarna trots att vi hade ett rum på åttonde våningen, men mycket bra i övrigt. Bekväma sängar!

This hotel is in a great location. Neighborhood around it was dirty and noisy. The hotel could use some updating. The bathroom was the size of being on a cruise ship. Only provided 1 towel per person. Most of the front desk staff was friendly but a few were rude. Would not stay here again.

Great location. Room was clean, but on the small side. Interesting bathroom, but was clean and worked fine. Staff was helpful. They stored bags for me until I could check in. There was a restaurant and bar. It looked ok, but I neither ate nor drank there, too many options near by. The lobby was pretty drab. The entrance was almost unnoticeable. Good value considering the location

Our room was very small & had no working bathroom vent. The entire space turned into a sauna with every shower & there appears to be mold on the ceiling. The hotel in general was great, my daughter’s room was great, the staff was very friendly & helpful, but room 425 has issues.

My wife and i arrived before check-in at 3pm, however we offered safe storage of our bags and use of the facilities so we could freely walkabout in Edinburgh. Front desk and restaurant staff were very accommodating.

The room was tiny, the bathroom was small and the quality of the bathroom was what would be called “the head” on a small boat. This was completely a no frills hotel for a price that was too high for what was offered. The online listing was misleading. Exceptionally disappointed!!

First time staying at this hotel chain. It felt sort of like a dorm room, the bathroom was cool but weird. Sort of like a fancy airplane bathroom...hard to explain, but it was fine. Suited the purpose. Functioanl, clean. Would stay again

It was nice having a restaurant in the hotel. Our room was not the greatest. They gave us a handicap room which I did not ask for. When I went downstairs to tell them they said it was ok they had other handicap rooms available and did not offer to change our room. No carpet in the room, very cold room, and the sink in the bathroom was so low it hurt your back to bend over to use it. Was not happy with this room.

I just had a look into your booking and the room that you booked was an Standard Twin Room, 2 Twin Beds, Accessible room - this meaning that the bathroom is accessible and wheelchair friendly if needed.
