Excellent hotel with extremely nice hotel staffs!
We recently stayed at the Novotel hotel and was extremely impressed with our experience. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was also great, with places to eat (KFC, krispy kreme donut) and shops nearby. Overall, I would give the Novotel Edinburgh Park hotel a 9 out of 10 rating and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. The indoor pool is big advantage if you plan to spend some time in the hotel especially with small kids. We would like to thank the staffs for a superb gesture to welcome my wife who had her 40th birthday! The bar tender guy was kind enough to offer a complimentary drink when the beer tap fell short of filling up my glass by few drops! The receiption was awesome in guiding us with local attractions, helping with late checkout and booking an airport cab in seconds! Our 1.5 yo left her soft toy at hotel and when we contacted hotel after checkout, Daniella was extremely helpful in finding out the same and assuring us to return it our home address. We are so happy about that. Overall A BIG shout out to the staffs of Novotel Edinburgh Park hotel! Few things that can be improved are, carpets in the room, quite worn out. Food options in the restaurant (do not try chicken tikka masala!).

Will stay again
Next time im in edinburgh i'll rebook this hotel. The beds are amazing and they have two different types of pillows so you can choose which you prefer to have a better sleep. The connection to the tram lines and the shops are brilliant as we didn't eat breakfast at the hotel but walked to costa only 4 min walk away. We had a room facing the parking lot and it was very very quiet, we even slept with the window open 2-3 nights. Also we asked for late checkout (as we had a late flight and i'm 6 months pregnant) which they gave us complimentary even if we were prepared to pay, these things you don't forget! My only 2 small complaints would be that our bathroom door wasn't really a door at all, it had about 1 cm gap and no lock or even door handel, you just pushed it to open and close. It's fine if you are married but for privacy or if you share a room with a friend it could maybe get awkward but the bathroom was very nice. Also we needed our carpet vaccumed (as we did alot of shopping and the clothes dropped some fuss) and we had to request that separately instead of housekeeping doing it when they saw it. But these are VERY small things, i'll happily rebook.

Bra service och enkelt att ta sig till flygplatsen
Bra service och trevlig, hjälpsam personal. Rummet stort och bekvämt, med kaffe och te på rummet, roomservice, bra restauranger. Både vi och barnen njöt av hotellets spa och pool avdelningen. Enkelt att ta sig till hotellet från flygplatsen och tillbaka och enkelt att ta sig till Edinburgh centrum med spårvagnen som stannar precis utanför. Bra förbindelser med andra städer från tågstationen som också ligger precis utanför.

Bra hotell nära spårvagn in till Edinburgh och till flygplats. Fin inomhuspool och mycket bra frukost. Nära till hyrbilsfirma om man ska hyra bil.

Återvändande resenär
Novotel Edinburgh Park ligger utmärkt till om man kommer till Edinburgh med flyg eller bil, då hotellet ligger nära både tillfartsvägarna och spårvagnen från flygplatsen. De allmänna kommunikationerna är mycket goda och man tar sig in till centrala staden med antingen tåg eller spårvagn på kort tid. Våra barn tyckte mycket om hotellets pool, där det till skillnad från några andra hotell under vår rundresa inte fanns några tidsbegränsningar för barn. Hotellets bar har några lokala öl även om utbudet av dessa skulle kunna vara bättre. Frukosten hade bra utbud, där den varma buffén innehöll både haggis och black pudding. I den kalla buffén utmärkte sig smoothies och guacamole. Vi var såpass nöjda med hotellet att vi återvände till det när vår rundresa i Skottland var över och vi behövde ett hotell sista natten innan vårt flyg. När vi checkade in andra gången, hälsade personalen oss välkomna åter, vilket gav en personlig känsla.

Nice hotel with good amenities, couldn’t get closer to the tram for heading in to city centre or airport. Stayed here twice now and will stay again. Staff have always been helpful and pleasant.

De medewerkers waren uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De locatie is ideaal, met gemakkelijke toegang tot trams en treinen, waardoor alles in en rond Edinburgh eenvoudig bereikbaar is. Uitstekende prijs-kwaliteitverhouding!

Absolutely nothing to complain about. Amazing staff, polite and trying to help you, big room, comfortable bed, lovely location 20 min from city centre by tram 2 min walk from hotel. Shopping areas around, Costa, huge Tesco, Aldi as well. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The location is approx 20 min by tram to Princess Street, the team runs every 10 min. 5 min to arrive at the airport. The rooms are big and clean, the staff is kind. I highly recommend this hotel as is just 2 min walking away from the tram stop, very good price/quality rapport.

Dear Kuldip, we are terribly sorry to hear that you found our pool temperature too low. It is actually checked twice a day including with the quality of water. Also, the water quality is randomly checked by representative of the council once a month, including the chlorine to ensure our public pool is always up to the required standard. We thank you for your kind feedback, but we do not wish to make false promise that the temperature of the pool will be different the next time you may stay with us, because it was up to standard and we even had baby swim that day in the pool without any reported concern. Very Enjoyable Stay at Novotel
The Novotel was a very good hotel. Very clean, lovely staff and tasty breakfast. Our room was nice and we even used the pool and steam room! Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Couldnt fault the hotel
Very pleasant stay. Room was clean and tidy and shower was excellent. Having stayed in Novotels before would definetely use again. Dog was a little confused by the revolving door but soon got the hang of it. Perect location to catch the tram into Edinburgh. Only disappointment was that dog wasnt allowed in the bar area or the restaurant (restaurant I can understand (or so we were told) but there was a table and stools outside this area for 4 people to sit just have to hope that no other couples with dog occupied them.
