Hotellet var super fint och läget var perfekt. Nära slottet och alla andra sevärdheter. 5 min promenad till shoppingstråket och hållplats för Tram till och från flygplatsen. Frukosten var en av de bästa jag ätit! Supergod och stor buffé samt a la carte som också ingick. Personalen var hjälpsam och vänlig. Rekommenderar detta hotell starkt!

Mycket nöjd förutom med lukt i badrummet
Mysigt hotell med perfekt placering och nära till allt! Fräscha rum och fin inredning. Bra frukost. Enda problemet var att de hade problem med avloppslukt i badrummet.

Bra läge och goa sängar
Fantastiskt bra hotell mitt i gamla stan. Underbara sängar och man fick en GT när man checkade in. Restaurangen var däremot fruktansvärt slö service i. Frukosten var kanon.

Ett hotell mitt i den gamla delen av stan
Hotellet ligger i den gamla delen av Edinburgh, där du har nära till de flesta attraktioner och nära till stadens hop on hop off bussar. Min uppfattning är att man betalar för hotellets läge, snarare än hotellets bekvämligheter. Hotellet saknar pool, men som gäst erbjuds man att nyttja det andra Radisson hotellets pool, utan någon extra kostnad. Tyvärr så hade jag problem med avloppet i duschen, villet jag upplever inte togs på så stort allvar. När jag slog på vattnenet så ville det inte riktigt rinna undran, och vattnet som flöt upp ur avloppet luktade allt annat än blommor. Jag sa till i receptionen, men jag fick ingen återkoppling, och när jag sedan skulle duscha så var det bättre, men inte riktigt bra. Jag lät duschen stå på en kvart på full värme, så löste det sig. Men det känns lite märkligt att man ska vara rörmokare på sin semester. In och utcheckning fungerade klanderfritt och jag rekommenderar hotellet på grund av sitt utsökta läge. Däremot så ligger det flera hotell i den gamla delen av staden som säkert också är värda att ta sig en närmare titt på beroende, på vilka krav du har på ditt boende.

Bra hotell, nära till allt
Trevligt hotell mitt i gamla staden, nära till allt. Vårt rum på fjärde våningen gränsade till lite gata med några pubar med hög musik och mycket folk i rörelse. Störande, med var mest lördag kväll. I övrigt kan verkligen hotellet rekommenderas, toppen !

Mörkt, gammaldags rum, god frukost
Jag hade ett deluxerum och betalade extra för bra utsikt. Ironiskt nog var det bättre utsikt från fönstret i hallen vid hissarna. Mitt rum var fräscht men väldigt mörkt. Det gick inte ens att se kaffemaskinen på kvällen med samtliga lampor tända då det bara var skum "mysbelysning", jag fick stå där med ficklampan i mobilen - inte direkt en 5-stjärnig upplevelse. Frukosten var väldigt bra, det kändes nästan som att äta lunch då man blev visad till ett bord med kypare och fick välja varmrätt från en fantastisk meny.

Snyggt, rent och trevligt hotell i Edinburgh
Hotellet ligger väldigt bra på "The Royal Mile", nära Edinburgh Castle - nära till allt. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal, med De Lux rum ingick det mesta, till och med gratis tvätt av 2 plagg/dygn. Hotellet är relativt nytt, förutom "annexet" som består av en gammal byggnad sammanbyggd med nya byggnaden. Tyvärr med gammaldags dåligt isolerande fönster ut mot "The Royal Miles" kullerstensgator vilket innebar ljud från bilar och människor som promenerade förbi. Förutom detta så hade vi det väldigt bra.

Hotell mitt i city
Ett riktigt bra och modernt hotell som ligger mitt i Edinburghs Old Town. Personalen är fantastiskt serviceminded och tar hand om sina gäster. Ett av de bättre hotellen jag bott på! Rummen är fräckt inrädda och väldigt rena. Rekommenderas strarkt!

It was closed your Pic was from a year ago it is covered in scaffolding and not open for 6 months I paid in advance and had to pay again at a sister Hotel (Raddisson) who demanded £2900. when I had pd over £3400 to Expedia. Disappointing
Disappointing, we booked for radisson collection and received a call day before saying due to building work we were being moved to radisson blu, we were told our room would be upgraded 2 levels to a premium and we would get free parking so thought that was reasonable. My expectations for what we paid were pretty high, over £400 for 2 nights inc breakfast, What we got was distinctly average and no where near worth what we paid. The room was cold, dark and very dreary, no remote for TV, no milk for tea/coffee, no mini bar, no walk in shower, just a bath with shower in it. Staff at reception were pleasant and friendly so no fault there at all. Breakfast again disappointing, had to send back as it was cold for reheating! We paid extra for breakfasts but were so disappointed on the Saturday we went elsewhere on the Sunday! I’m honestly not one for complaining and had we only paid maybe £100 -£150 it would have been ok, however for what we paid s it was so disappointing, would not recommend at all!

Stay in Raddisson Blue when booked at Collection h
To whom it may concern, I booked your 5 * Collection hotel in Edinburg for a high price, without realising that as the NHS worker I have a discount. I was advised that I could get an upgrade due to this and rebooked again. Then I was told that your Collection hotel will be still closed at the time of my stay. So I was rebooked at the Radisson Blue, which was disappointing in itself as this is 4* hotel. I was promised further upgrade if available. The hotel was empty on the day if our arrival. I asked reception for the promised upgrade but was told that this was already done. The room was a suit, which I was promised initially but see the photos below please. Stains, scratches, really not something that you expect when you intend to stay in a 5* hotel and especially when you pay for it! Disappointing even more knowing that the hotel was empty and closed for long periods of time due to SARS-CoV2 pandemic and at least stains could of been cleaned! Sehr gute Lage! Ansonsten kein 5-Sterne-Standard, höchstens 4. Geschmacklose Lobby, düsterer Frühstücksraum. Frühstück auch dürftig. Zimmer dafür ganz nett, aber kein Luxus. Ein gesichtsloses Hotel wie jedes andere, mit vernünftigem Standard. Nichts Besonderes. Personal allerdings sehr freundlich.

Everything was perfect. Reception Staff were friendly and very helpful even when I collected my car from the sister hotel Radisson Blu car park. The room and location were excellent. Breakfast and the lady in the breakfast room were lovely. I would definitely recommend and stay again.

Everything was fantastic, the staff were great. They were so helpful, attentive and friendly, anything you needed they got it. The cleanliness of the rooms and public bathrooms in the hotel were outstanding really surprised in the best way possible. The beds were comfy, you can cast Netflix and Spotify to the tv so you are always entertained in the room. 10/10 stay and will definitely be visiting again.

September City Break
Room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Bed and rainfall shower were particular highlights. Location was perfect for a city centre break with little to no noise from outside heard. Reception staff were polite and helpful as were waiting staff in restaurant. The only improvement that could be made would be that service at breakfast was a little slow but staff were keen to apologise and rectify this when it was raised.

Hotel di design moderno posizionato in modo ottimale a due passi dalla Royal Mile. Mi hanno positivamente colpito sia la pulizia esemplare della struttura sia la cortesia dello staff. Inoltre, ho riscontrato la massima attenzione per le procedure di contrasto al Covid-19 negli ambienti comuni. Alla reception ci hanno offerto un upgrade gratuito alla camera di categoria superiore e ci hanno permesso di effettuare un check in anticipato ed un late check out. Ottima la colazione. Non ho riscontrato elementi negativi durante il mio soggiorno.
