Good afternoon Barry, Thank you for your review, sorry to hear that on this occasion we have not met with expectations, This is not the usual standard of The Spires, i will be looking in to this further. Our arrivals process is Contactless to help with social distancing, most guests feel more comfortable with this, we email out all arrival information in advance, this can sometimes end up in a junk folder. We do always have someone available to assist on our main 0345 number on the door and walls . The parking information is generally covered in the pre arrival call, we have parking discount vouchers available in the safe on arrival and at the reception desk for all guests, sorry to hear you hadn't seen these or been made aware of them. we also have fans available on request for any guest who needs them . We do have extremely high standards of housekeeping,very disappointing to hear this was not met on your stay this time. I will look at any areas of additional training required. Especially during August with the Edinburgh festival going on the city center is very busy and due to extended opening hours and street performances - noise should be expected.
