The rest of the subdivision uses beach accesses to get to the beach via walking, bikes or golf carts. The main beach access happens to be VERY close to Lowcountry Living!

Lowcountry Living's lot goes all the way to the ocean but is not direct oceanfront, meaning you cannot walk straight out to the beach from this home. There is no other property in front of this home and you have the privacy of a seawall and a pond between the house and the beach.
