Sandstranden och det vackra Atlanten ligger bara några steg från detta nybyggda strandhem. Utsikten blir allvarligt bättre än detta och en hiss.
Huvudsakligt gemensamt område / kök på andra våningen, ett extra gemensamt område på första våningen (med ett foosbollbord!), liksom en baryta på tredje våningen som vetter mot ett takdäck, ger gott om utrymmen för grupper att samla in eller separera efter önskemål. Utomhusdusch och uteplats är utmärkta för att skölja bort efter ett snabbt dopp, avkoppling och familjens grill.

Den omvända planlösningen placerar de primära bostadsområdena - kök, matplats och vardagsrum - samt ett sovrum på andra nivå, alla med fri utsikt över stranden och havet. Den första nivån innehåller ytterligare två sovrumslayouter, ytterligare två sovrum (som delar ett hallbad) och ett gemensamt område som innehåller fotboll, roku tv / kabel. Den tredje nivån innehåller ett litet loftområde med en futon för ytterligare sömn och ett bekvämt 1/2-bad, kliver ut till ett rymligt takterrass med utsikt så långt ögat kan se. Förutom badet som är anslutet till sovrummet på andra våningen, finns det också ett fullt hallbad, bekvämt för alla som bor på 3: e våningen. En hiss, som kommer åt marken, första och andra våningen, är en bekväm bekvämlighet i hemmet.

Hemmet ligger nära Edisto-paviljongen / piren, flera restauranger och nästan tvärs över gatan från öns livsmedelsbutik och lokal bensinstation. Det är också inom gångavstånd från flera affärer. Den ligger på en vidsträckt sträcka av orörd Edisto-strand med fri utsikt över Atlanten.

This house was just as described on the VRBO website. Beautiful floor plan, right on the beach with perfect views overlooking the ocean from the deck, well equipped with comfortable patio furniture. Additionally, the kitchen was very well stocked and a few of the “extras” (paper towels, toilet paper and trash bags were very much appreciated.

The location was as perfect as could be. We had a couple of leaks but there were some powerful lightning & rain storms during our 2 week stay.The home was perfect for our “girls only” trip! We had such a great time at Endless Summer!

Beautiful House and Amazing Location!!

The house itself was amazing. The layout and size was perfect for all of us. The location of the house was perfect. The beach in that area is amazing and being close to the amenities at the beginning of the island was fantastic. The only concern was the cleanliness of the property when we first arrived. It is apparent that the cleaning company takes shortcuts and does not deep clean certain items. For example, all of the air returns and air vents were quite dirty and it looked like the air filter had not been changed in some time. In addition, the lights above the kitchen island had dust hanging off of them. Even though there was some issues with the cleanliness, I would still recommend this house to others!

Perfect Beach Getaway Just Steps from the Ocean Perfect Beach House Steps from the Ocean

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful 3-story beach house! The location is unbeatable—just steps from the sand, making beach access incredibly easy and convenient for the whole family and across the street from the grocery store. The rooftop sun deck offered breathtaking views, especially at sunrise and sunset.The house itself was spacious and thoughtfully designed. We really appreciated the elevator, which made unloading and moving between floors a breeze. There’s a huge open area under the house that was perfect for storing beach gear.Inside, the kids were thrilled with the bunk bed setup, and every room was clean, comfortable, well-appointed and cute beach decor. Floor to ceiling sliding doors for great beach view and hearing the waves. Incredible porch on the main living floor to spend time with the family. The home was fully equipped with everything we needed, and the management company added so many thoughtful amenities that made our stay even more relaxing and enjoyable.We’d definitely return to this property—an ideal spot for families or anyone looking for a relaxing, beachside escape!

Great Beach House

This place is perfect for 2-3 families. You can set up on the beach just 50’ from the house and walk to the grocery store or a couple restaurants. Will definitely look to rent this place again.

Wonderful week

The house was great - well stocked and plenty of space. The elevator was perfect for people that had issues with stairs. Our group was all adults, so it would have been better if one of the bunk rooms was a queen or king bed instead. Already looking forward to our next visit.

50th Wedding Anniversary

The house was beautiful and the views beyond compare. Everyone had a place to get away when they wanted alone time, and plenty of space to enjoy family time. We all went to sleep listening to the sounds of the ocean, and woke to catch the breaking dawn and the sunrise. The girls packed snacks and headed to the end by the state park. The weather was perfect, and the youngest got in the ocean. It was a peaceful, memorable vacation spent with our dear family.

Great Beachfront Home for Edisto Adventures

Stayed for the long weekend for the Edisto Triathlon recently. 6 adults, very comfortable home layout, plenty of space for everyone. Great location walking distance to bars, restaurants, grocery etc. Very comfortable home with great deck, views, and nicely stocked kitchen.

Girls Weekend

Our annual girls weekend was awesome even though Helene showed herself. It was a bit scary that night & we hunkered down on the bottom floor for a couple of hours. All was well the next morning. We called for a small repair & were tended to quickly. I don't even remember what it was now. Power was restored about midday & internet before the game between Georgia & Alabama!!! We have some fierce football fans in our group~~~ We are mostly from the Aiken, SC/Augusta, Ga area & knew we were coming home to no power & lots of mess. Who would ever have thought that we would be safer from a hurricane, ocean front at Edisto Beach than at home in the CSRA(Central Savannah River Area). We had a great time & thank God for safety & prayers & blessings for those who didn't fair as well in western NC.

Great location

Property was clean, well stocked and everything was in working order. The elevator was great for 1 of our disabled family members. Ocean views were amazing. The beach in front of the house was a shell hunters paradise. Would rent again.

The sound of the waves

We enjoyed being right on the beach and the direct access. Perhaps the other end of the island has better bike paths, more mellow waves, and easy access to the fish market, but the proximity to the Food Lion was convenient. Overall, a very pleasant and fun week at the beach! Thanks.

Edisto week

The property has a wide beachfront with walking access to the nearby state park beach. It is close, on foot, to the grocery, ice cream,.souvenirs, bars, and restaurants. It has an excellent view of sunrise on clear mornings.

A/C in kitchen and dining room wasn’t working

The A/C wasn’t working on arrival, we called 5 times and they kept saying the parts was ordered for repair. So they knew it wasn’t working when we arrived, should of offered another place to stay, at times the temperature was 88 degrees in the kitchen and dinning room that we couldn’t even cook had to eat out nightly. Also we seen several several roach bugs. The house was beautiful and would of been perfect if it wasn’t for the bugs and the A/C

Really nice

Very peaceful. The only negative is not the owners fault but more the city of edisto beach and police. There was a group of early 20's who were acting incredibly horrible (twirking and cursing and screaming) the twirking wasnt once or twice but probably over 50 times by the group over and over and sexual grabbings and very lewd. We were horrified. We did call the police who went up and talked a minute and left without taking action. The group resumed as soon as the police were gone. It wrecked the day and frankly was scary. We have never seen such behavior (except on the news) bc of this we probably wont go back to the island. The home was very expensive and just not worth it to witness that. They really need to police the area if they plan to keep high end places active and attractive to rent.
