This cheery home is nestled under beautiful live oaks and palmetto trees providing a wonderful site to create new memories and continue vacation traditions alike. Spend hours relaxing on the spacious screened porch or take advantage of the ground-level patio which is a great place to chill and grill with plenty of covered parking for the boat. Tasteful decorations extend throughout and will have you enjoying your time indoors just as much as the outdoors. The combination kitchen/dining/living area will have your group sharing laughter about your day at the beach while the chef in your group prepares a Lowcountry feast. Lots of conveniences are at your fingertips including cable, wireless internet, and a short bike ride to the shops and restaurants located on Jungle Road. Of course, you visit Edisto to hang out on the beach. From house to shore is only a short two-minute walk. Take a break from the daily grind, come on down, and get on island time.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
