Newly constructed in 2019, amenities abound throughout this spacious and unique Edisto gem. The main living area boasts a huge flatscreen TV and double doors that open to the spacious screened-in porch ideal for soaking in the sweet southern evenings. The screened-in porch also provides access to the elevator which will make hauling your groceries and gear even easier. The ground-level patio is a great place to chill and grill while you splash and play in the large private pool which is sure to be the centerpiece for fun and fellowship. A bright and poised interior is beaming with joyful sunlight and charisma providing a lovely reminder that you are at the beach and to savor the peace of your vacation. This home was designed with guests in mind featuring main bedrooms on both the first and second floor as well as an additional living area upstairs, equipped with another large flatscreen TV. No detail has been overlooked to ensure your comfort. The gorgeous open kitchen features granite countertops and top-of-the-line appliances fit for any Lowcountry feast. Magnificent hard surface flooring, coastal accents, and exceptional furnishings will ensure you have Tons of Fun during your Edisto vacation for years to come.

Awesome house and location

The check in process was seamless and the property manager was very responsive to my questions leading up to the stay. The house has a great layout and was extremely clean. Would definitely stay there again.

Great house for a small group of girlfriends. Nice seating areas to gather inside and out. Loved the pool! Short walk or drive to the beach and short drive to restaurants and shops. Walking trails nearby. What a fantastic time!

I came with a group of 7 ladies and the house was perfect! So beautifully updated, great amenities, fully stocked kitchen, and great screened in porch we enjoyed every morning! The elevator was great for moving in and out. The house is about a 7-8 minute walk to the beach, very easy. We had a great time!

Beautiful floor plan with ample space for lots of kids or two families. Pool is beautiful and we had it heated so very comfortable. Lots of time was spent on screen porch and the front porch. Walking distance to Whaleys and just a beautiful location. Beach is a very short walk and the sunrises are gorgeous

Tons of Fun at Tons of Fun

Wonderful time at this property. Spacious backyard and pool and walking distance to the beach makes it perfect. There was some discrepancy with the listing of number of bedrooms which was frustrating because neither VRBO and Atwood homes took responsibility for the discrepancy.

Great beach week

We had never been to Edisto Island before and I think we lucked out renting this house ... it’s right where you want to be on the island. Beach access is right around the corner and it’s the side of the island that captures the best sunsets. It’s also only a 2minute walk to Whaley’s Bar and Restaurant. The house is beautiful and very well laid out for a few couples or a couple families to enjoy a week at the beach. Well stocked kitchen. I’ll rent this house again.

Tons of Fun delivered big on its name

We had a great stay at Tons of Fun. The house is thoughtfully designed and appointed making for a very comfortable stay. We called about 2 small, non-urgent issues and they were both addressed immediately. The heated pool and the yard gave the kids so many options for playing. And with only a 5-10 minute walk, we also had lots of beach time. We can't wait to come back!
