Vårt vackra Colorado radhus är fullt utrustat för din sommarlov. Vackert inredda, utmärkt läge, lugnt och bekvämt.
Du kommer att känna dig som hemma här, hoppas vi. Huvudnivån har en öppen planlösning med högt i tak, hållbara golv, öppen spis, rymligt kök, stort matbord, uteplats med gasgrill och sittplatser och ett pulverrum. På övervåningen finns master-sängen (king size-säng) och badkar. Tvättstuga, två rum, badrum och garage finns ner. Ett av sovrummen i bottenvåningen är uppbyggt som ett höl med utdragbar bäddsoffa och TV. Andra sovrummet har en queen size-säng. Bara några steg från ytterdörren ligger Homestead Court Club med inomhuspool och bubbelpool, ångbastu, tennisbanor, racquetballbanor, cardio-utrustning, vikter, Peloton-cyklar, Pilates och fitnessklasser. Det är en kort promenad, cykeltur eller köra till Riverwalk där du kan äta på en av ett dussin restauranger, hämta matvaror, shoppa eller gå på film. Vandrings- och cykelleder längs Eagle River eller i vårt grannskap öppna utrymmen är vackra och lättillgängliga. För sommaraktiviteter ligger vi bara 10 minuter från Beaver Creek och cirka 15 minuter från Vail. Vi är gångavstånd från bussvägen genom dalen. Om du flyger direkt till Eagle flygplats (EGE) är vi bara 20 minuters bilresa.

A must stay in Edwards!

This home is the perfect place to stay. it was so clean and well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable home away from home. The location is ideal with beautiful hiking trails just down the road and the town center a 3 minute car ride away. the host was so accommodating and responsive. 5 stars for sure!!

Great Place for Access to Skiing and Dining

The property was great for three adults since it has three bedrooms with queen or larger beds. Townhouse is very user friendly, and is a quick drive to downtown Edwards, which has plenty of restaurants and shops. Within easy driving distance of a few great ski resorts. Was a great home base location for our ski trip at a reasonable price.

Nice weekend ski getaway

Check in and check out was easy. Kim was quick to respond to all my questions. The home had everything we needed and the neighborhood was dog friendly. The amenities were also nice and a short walk/drive.

MOUNTAIN FUN

We actually got to stay at this property for a fair amount of time. For our family of 4 , two teenage boys. The townhome was perfect. They had their own space on the bottom, which was great, and the adults were on the top floor with a king size bed with their own bathroom, which is great. There is a clubhouse that had a pool weight room we got to use, also downtown Edwards was literally down the hill. The house was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. Everything was really great thank you.

Ski-cation!

The first thing my family said when we walked into this property was, "you did awesome, mom!" It had everything we needed and was so close to Beaver Creek! It took me ten minutes and was so convenient! We loved Edwards! Kim was always quick to answer any questions we had! Another great ski trip, we would definitely rent this place again!

GREAT place to stay near Beaver Creek/Vail!!

We had an amazing stay at Peter and Kim’s place in Edwards! This home is great for a trip with friends or family. The house is comfortable, clean, and well equipped with everything. Kim and Peter were excellent; they were very responsive if we needed anything. Definitely want to have a car here and would strongly recommend 4WD in the winter. We enjoyed it so much we’re already planning our next visit!

We had a great weekend stay at this townhouse. Very comfortable, well furnished and well stocked with everything you would need. Cozy and great location. We loved using the pool and hot tub too. Would definitely book this place again!

Cozy Mountain Retreat

Lived in Colorado all our lives, but this was the first time we spent time in Vail/Edwards! Very quaint town, and the house is a short drive to Vail. Saw the Vail skating show and spent time in the village. It was great to return to the house and unwind by the fireplace. The perfect mountain getaway.

Spacious stay close to Beaver Creek

This place was the perfect accommodation for skiing at Beaver Creek for the weekend. It was spacious, comfortable and felt like home so much so we're considering renting it for a whole month! The hosts were incredibly communicative and accommodating and we'll definitely be back.

Mountain Comfort

We had a fantastic stay in Edwards. The townhome had all the comforts of home. Truly, the kitchen was fully stocked with all that you may need to prepare meals. Not only was it charming in its aesthetics it offered plenty of space and room to spread out after a day of skiing. The location was absolute perfection as it was close to stores, shops, restaurants and, most importantly, the skiing! Thank you to Kim for her quick responses and communication. * I would highly recommend that anyone traveling here to have a vehicle with snow tires, a 4x4 or AWD and/ or chains. You will find it difficult to make it up the driveway as well as the street.

Wonderful Townhome in Edwards

Our family had a wonderful stay in this charming, well equipped, and pet friendly townhome in the Homestead area of Edwards! Kimberly was easy to work with, very responsive to our questions, and readily helped resolve issues we had with our booking through VRBO. Her place is delightful and the neighbors friendly and helpful! We would happily stay here again in the future!
