Industrial modern loft located on Jefferson Street in the heart of historic downtown Effingham. Walk to the coffee shop in the morning, hit some trendy boutiques in the afternoon, and walk across the street to sample great cuisine and cocktails in the evening. Everything you need for an unforgettable overnight or weekend stay!
270 degree views of downtown with huge windows, 2 full baths and 2 bedrooms with KING beds in both. A pullout queen couch and twin bunk beds make it possible to sleep 8!
Work from home? We have 2 desks and fast Wifi so you can be productive on your trip.
**BUSINESS PROFESSIONALS: Our lofts are located above a coworking space in downtown Effingham, ask us about an office pass when you stay with us!
Parking in lot right behind the building. Downtown is super safe for walking around at all hours. The location is very walkable to everywhere in Effingham and is a 5 minute drive to pretty much anywhere you want to go in town.
We designed the space to be cozy and modern. The big windows and views of downtown will lift your spirits. The friendly people in Effingham are second to none and will treat you well everywhere you go!
We have an amazing coffee shop just down the street to kick your morning off right and so much more to offer. Take a walk on the Trec Trail, swim at the beautiful beach at Lake Sara in the summer time (or take your kids to their brand new playgrounds), disc golf at one of the best 18 hole courses in the state, and more! This spot is great for visitors and locals alike! Live the downtown dream for a weekend!
Just a heads up as we try to make every stay perfect, this building is OLD and has its own quirks (like stairs!). We encourage you to embrace them and we're sure you'll have a wonderful stay.

What a beautiful loft—this place truly has everything you could want and need. We loved the view it offers, and the location couldn’t be better. There are plenty of great places nearby to eat and drink. The host was very accommodating and always responded to our questions promptly. I would absolutely return and look forward to staying here again.

Spot on!
We stayed the weekend while visiting family on Lake Sara. We loved the downtown vibe and the property was exactly as described, more than enough space for 5 adults. Close to coffee, restaurants, bars and even a farmer’s market. We loved the special touches, the cleanliness and coziness. Great apartment for holiday with family
Me and my adult siblings stayed here while the kiddos slept at grandma's house about 15 minutes away. This was a great apartment for us to return to every night after spending the days with our mom and the kids. Loved that the table expanded to seat all 6 of us for playing games and grabbing breakfast. Very well appointed with everything we needed.

Anniversary Getaway
Michael and Teegan provided a seemless process for check-in. Slight issue with wifi network was resolved quickly. Very comfortable beds and very clean. Nice apartment with cool historic past. Stopped in the speakeasy in the basement of some bank bldg - very hip place. Effingham is doing some really cool things and this place is one of them.

Amazing Property - Close to Everything!
We loved staying here for the out-of-town wedding we were attending! The loft was clean and inviting. We loved all the extra amenities that you wouldn't think you needed but did. We were close to restaurants and shopping. The hosts were amazing and so nice - great communication. We had a last-minute request, and not only were they happy to accommodate us, they gave us a better option. We honestly cannot say enough about the space and the hosts. It made the weekend that much more enjoyable. I would highly recommend staying here!
