The Cocoonr agency is offering this charming flat for rent in Égat, with mountain views, covering an area of 200 m² and accommodating up to 10 guests.

Situated on the 2nd floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 65 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, four spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms. Wi-Fi (fibre optic) is included – we’re just waiting for you!

The property is laid out as follows:
- A 65 m² living room with a TV, sofas and a dining area
- A fully fitted kitchen including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob…
- Bedroom 1: a master suite with a queen-size bed (160×200) and an en-suite bathroom (with shower)
- Bedrooms 2 & 3: each with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 4: with a double sofa bed and a bunk bed (sleeps 2)
- A bathroom (with shower and bath)
- Two separate toilets

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: washing machine, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- An 8 m² south-facing balcony, with views over the Font Romeu golf course and the mountains, and outdoor furniture to enjoy the fine weather

The flat is ideally located in Égat, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Activities :
- Walks and hikes on the paths between Égat and la Croix d'Égat
- Winter sports: skiing, snowshoeing, tobogganing... (Cambre d'Aze ski resort)
- Visit the Tour de Maure and the Church of Saint-Étienne
- Thermal baths at Llo
- Tasting of local produce
- The ski slopes are a 10-minute walk away

Public transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park (two spaces).

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Font-Romeu-Odeillo-Via, about 5 km away
- Nearest airport: Perpignan-Rivesaltes, about 120 km away
