“Last 3 years we spent our holiday here for at least 1 week.The beach,sea,nature everything is perfect,but this year the number of the staff is reduced due to economical reasons and the experienced ones were less.Mostly the new staff were friendly but the quality of the service reduced according to previous years.Besides my favourite place for holiday with its nature and sea”

Parkeringen har varit svårt. De har en inomhus parkering också men även där var det fullt.jag önskade att någon kunde ta hand om bilen när man anlände på hotellet. Det är väl vanlig för en fyrstjärnig hotell.”
“We have stayed at Ortunc for 4 nights beginning of summer during the weekdays. We had very good service, cleaning and food. The only problem was the personnel doesn't speak good English and that makes communication hard. Towards the weekend, the number of guests are increasing but the number of personnel does not, which consequently reduces the quality of service. Cleaning is really good, they cleaned our room twice a day.
It's very quiet, calm, refreshing and great for a romantic vacation....
