Super Séjour
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, la propriétaire, Renate, habite au dessus du logement, elle est discrète, très agréable, à l'écoute et avec un très bon contact. Tout c'est vraiment très bien passé. Le logement est propre fidèle au photos, très spacieux et proche de toutes commodités. Nous reviendrons ! Merci Renate !

Holiday home that could to with some TLC
First, the owner is really nice. She lives upstairs, but you hardly notice that she is there. On arrival, we were told that this was now “our Casa”, and we really felt like it. We really enjoyed our stay, and it was overall a positive experience. Still, there are some things that you might want to consider. First, if you need three bedrooms you will have to accept that the last bedroom is only separated from upstairs by a curtain. Probably not a big issue for many, but we are allergic to cats and dogs, and the owner holds several pets, so we chose to use only two bedrooms. There is an opening in the wall covered only by a curtain between the largest bedroom and the living room, compromising the privacy of the bedroom. The other bedroom had only a small window placed high up on the wall. The bathrooms were spacious, but none had windows, and only one had ventilation. The kitchen and living room were spacious and had the equipment you expect to find. Outdoors this place has a massive potential with a natural garden that has seating areas at different levels, where you can choose to be in the sun or hide in the shadow at any time of the day. The outdoor furniture could do with some TLC/replacement, especially the outdoor kitchen and grill let the place down. If you are looking for a top-notch place to stay this is probably not for you, but if you are fine with a simpler standard on some parts it really is a place to consider.

Estuvimos alojados 8 días este verano. La casa es grande, está limpia y tiene todo lo que dice en la descripción. Aunque tiene dos alfombras que estaban bastante sucias. En la información dice que tiene aire acondicionado en toda la casa pero solo se puede usar en una habitación, con lo cual, hace bastante calor en el resto de la casa. La cama de la habitación principal es muy incómoda, porque es un colchón sobre otro colchón y la sábana bajera era vieja y con agujeros. La zona exterior de la casa es muy grande, la piscina está muy bien, es grande y está muy limpia, pero la zona exterior está un poco abandonada y hay muchos mosquitos. Lo que no nos gustó del alojamiento es que la propietaria nos cobró a mayores del alquiler, por el consumo eléctrico. Consultamos a la plataforma de alquiler y ellos nos dijeron que se encargaban de todo porque no nos lo podían cobrar. El día de la salida, no habían hablado con la dueña y por no discutir con la señora, que habla muy poco español, dejamos que nos robara por la cuota que a ella le parecía. Esto en ningún caso aparece en la descripción del alojamiento, es por eso que nos sentimos robados. Otro dato muy importante es que la propietaria vive en la parte de arriba de la casa. Cosa que te roba privacidad. En una ocasión se puso a limpiar su terraza y la caída del agua era justo en nuestra entrada a casa No recomendamos el alojamiento. Estas cosas ya lo advertía un comentario anterior pero lo sigue haciendo actualmente

Fijn verblijf. De locatie is super, te midden van heel veel mooie plekjes, een auto is wel echt een must (vinden wij). Wij zijn heel hartelijk ontvangen door Renate. Super vriendelijke dame.

Toller Urlaub für die ganze Familie
Alles war genau wie beschrieben und hat unsere Erwartungen sogar noch übertroffen. Wir können nichts negatives erwähnen und hatten den schönsten und erholsamsten Urlaub seit langen. Het ontvangst was heel vriendelijk, Renata is een super aardige vrouw die graag even een praatje maakt. Zij weet de leuke restaurantjes aan te geven en is hulpvaardig als je iets wil weten

Gerne ein weiteres Mal
El campello ist ein sehr schöner, kleiner Ort unweit von Alicante. Abseits vom Wolkenkratzer Tourismus. Wir hatten als Familie eine sehr entspannte Zeit in dem unteren Stockwerk des Hauses, welches nichts zu wünschen übrig lässt. Einfach gehalten und dennoch absolut empfehlenswert. Die Gastgeberin ist aufmerksam, aber nicht aufdringlich. Zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten schöne 14 Tage in der Unterkunft. Wenn es uns wieder dahin verschlägt, werden wir sicherlich nochmal hier Anfragen.

Etwas anderes habe ich von diesen "Urlaubsgästen" nicht erwartet. Statt mit der angemeldeten Personenzahl mit 2 Personen mehr angereist und als man sich nicht einigen konnte, nach 1 Tag wieder abgereist, das soll jetzt soll jetzt wohl die "Rache" sein, dass ich den Anspruch erhoben habe, dass für die 2 unangemeldeten Gäste ein Übernachtungsgeld bezahlt werden sollte.

Das Grundstück hat einen gewissen Flair. Schöner Meerblick. Der Pool hat eine gute Größe. Frau Huber ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit.

La résidence est très bien équipée et bien située. Cependant votre annonce est incomplète , en effet nous avons été informé à notre arrivé par la propriétaire que l’électricité était à notre charge au delà de 40 KWS de consommation , une mauvaise surprise après 8 heures de route surtout quand on vous contacte pour vous informé de la chose les réponses de votre service après vente sont en clair de se débrouiller avec la propriétaire ou de partir de la location avec un remboursement de la location, je trouve cela très moyen de votre part à 9 heures du soir à 8 heures de route de notre lieu d'habitation et 4 enfants avec nous. Résultat on ne s'est pas servi de la climatisation pour pas trop consommer et limiter les frais complémentaires d'électricité qui se sont élevés quand mème à 40 euros. Je vous signale aussi que vous ne précisé pas que la propriétaire habite à l'étage de la maison donc on vit presque avec , heureusement que celle-ci est très gentille. Pour résumer la location est très bien mais votre service après vente est nul et les personnes que l'on a au téléphone sont incapables de gérer ce genre de problème et répètent des phrases toutes faites comme des perroquets. Die Lage ist toll - das Objekt ist für kleinere Kinder nicht so geeignet, da einige Stolperfallen vorhanden sind. Der Pool ist toll & ausreichend groß. Die Ausstattung ist nicht unbedingt vollständig oder auf dem neusten Stand. Die Vermieterin ist fürsorglich und hilfsbereit, altersbedingt aber etwas eingeschränkt.

Trotz Corona ein erholsamer Urlaub
Haben uns bei Frau Huber von der ersten Minute an wohl gefühlt. Waren 10 Tage in der Ferienwohnung und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Sowohl die Ferienwohnung als auch der Garten und der Pool laden zum entspannen ein. Die kleine Bucht, die man zu Fuß innerhalb 10 Minuten erreichen kann, ist sehr zu empfehlen. Im Großen und ganzen haben wir uns sehr gut erholt, ein besonderer Gruß geht noch von unserem kleinen an Frau Huber, ihren Mann, die Aufpasserkatze und Rex.

OK, but with two major problems
There are some nice things about this property, but there are two major problems that are not apparent on the property description and I am sorry to say they rather spoiled our holiday. The good things: The garden is pleasant and the pool is very nice. The property is comfortable inside (although the décor is very eccentric) and the kitchen is well-stocked. One night, after a massive rainstorm, we had a power cut and the landlady helped by boiling us a kettle and running a cable down the stairs. She then called electricians and it was fixed very quickly. El Campello is a busy place with a nice beach and lots of places to eat. The problems: One problem is that the landlady lives upstairs and one of the rental property’s bedrooms is only separated from her home by a curtain rather than a wall, so it was not fully private. I feel this should have been made clear in the property details on the website. Unfortunately, the landlady also is quite noisy – she sneezes loudly and repeatedly during the night, which woke us up regularly, and she seemed to move furniture around very early in the mornings. The second major problem is that the landlady charges extra for electricity and this has to be paid in cash on the last day. This is not made clear in the official descriptions (although I see that another reviewer has mentioned it). I have never stayed in a property where electricity was an additional charge – it doesn’t feel reasonable at all. Surely it is a basic amenity? We chose the property partly because it was air conditioned, and we were staying at the height of summer when the average temperature was 34 degrees. But on arrival the landlady told us that the air conditioning would use a lot of electricity, so she advised us not to use it much. We decided that, as we had to pay extra for it anyway, we would use it whenever we needed it, but the landlady seemed to object to this. She told us to put it off if we were going out and most of the time, we did this. But one day we forgot to put it off before we went out for the day and when we arrived back the landlady pounced on us as we were parking the car at night and thrust a very rude note in our hands complaining about the air conditioning being left on. The insane thing is that, as she had access through one of the bedrooms, she could easily have switched it off herself! I have complained to HomeAway about these issues.

Great Holiday
Villa lovely with all you require, pool was refreshing especially on a hot day! Renate (owner) couldn't have been more helpful, she took us to a large supermarket twice in her own car throughout our stay as we didn't have a car. She was really helpful with anything we needed, lovely lady! I would say that a car would be beneficial although we did use tram service many times to get into Benidorm & Campello. Only thing is - damn mosquitoes which basically chewed on us constantly even with all the Deet sprays etc we had but that's nothing to do with Renate🌝. All on all, we had a really nice chilled holiday. I see there was a mention of previous travellers discussing electricity costs but this was clearly stated on the listing and also by Renate on arrival, we had air con on every evening and also cooking/charged phones etc and bill was 50 euro on departure which we were all fine with as villa was cheap to rent ...at end of the day as a group we paid 10 euros each...cant complain.

Objekt wie beschrieben, sehr nette Vermieterin - welche mit Rat und Tat zur Seite steht, ansonsten aber das gesamte Grundstück den Urlaubern überlässt, schöne Strände in der Umgebung

Sehr nett
Der Garten ist sehr großzügig. Die Wohnung sehr geräumig (TV in Deutsch vorhanden), die Küche ist sehr gut eingerichtet. Frau Huber ist sehr freundlich und steht mit Rat und Tat und auch mit einigen zusätzlichen Dingen (Sonnenschirm und 2 Strandstühle für den Strand) zur Verfügung. Der Pool ist sehr schön. Einige schöne und Flache Sandstrände sind in der Nähe (mit dem Auto) gut erreichbar. Eine U-Bahn Verbindung nach Alicante ist in wenigen Fußminuten erreichbar. (Mit dem Auto ca 15 Minuten). Für den Abend ist ein Mückenspray empfehlenswert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Property is very well equipped, the pool is gorgeous. The owner is very helpful and friendly. Some important details are missing from the details....you have to pay for your electricity usage on the last day in cash based on meter reading as only 40 units included. The owner has a dog which is let out into the garden which won't suit everyone.

Schöne Erholungsoase
Wir waren mit 5 Personen (3 Jugendliche) in den Pfingstferien für eine Woche bei Frau Huber. Wir haben eine großzügig geschnittene Wohnung mit einer gut ausgestatteten Küche vorgefunden. Bei 5 Personen gibt es das dritte Schlafzimmer mit drittem Bad dazu. Das ist sehr angenehm, wenn so viele Bäder zur Verfügung stehen. Im sonst recht kargen Umfeld bietet der Garten eine kleine Wohlfühloase. Man kann zu jeder Zeit sowohl Schatten- als auch Sonnenplätze finden. Der Pool ist prima, das Wasser sehr angenehm und sauber. Ein Auto ist empfehlenswert und kann direkt auf dem Grundstück geparkt werden. Man kann aber auch die Bahn nehmen. Die Bahnststion ist in ca. 10 Gehminuten erreichbar. So kommt man preiswert z.B. nach Alicante oder Benidorm. Ein Ausflug ins Hinterland ist lohnenswert, hier wird die Landschaft vielfältiger. Eine kleine Bucht ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Schöne Strände findet man in El Campello oder Benidorm. Beides auch gut mit der Bahn erreichbar. Vom Garten aus sieht man das Meer und hört es auch rauschen. In Frau Huber hat man eine wirklich hilfsbereite und liebenswerte Vermieterin im Haus. Insgesamt ein schöner, erholsamer Urlaub, den wir nur weiterempfehlen können.

Ich freue mich immer sehr, wenn Urlauber ihren Urlaub hier voll geniessen. Sie haben total ihr eigenes Reich, einen schönen Garten und den neuen Pool, wo Kinder nach Herzenslust toben und ausgelassen sein können, und die Eltern sich erholen können. Für Ratschläge stehe ich immer gerne zur Verfügung, und freue mich wenn Urlauber dies nutzen, ansonsten bin ich ja fast unsichtbar, denn ich habe meinen eigenen Hauseingang und mein eigenes Reich. Ich werde auch weiterhin immer bemüht sein, damit meine Urlauber einen unvergesslich schönen und erholsamen Urlaub erleben können.
