This charming rustic house is located on a very quiet street in a neighborhood with easy parking and is almost unique in the area. Nobody can imagine that behind a simple white and blue facade with two windows, the house hides a spectacular 500 m2 garden with a 10x5 m pool. exclusive use for tenants. Not only that makes it special, it is also located in the city center, just 4 minutes walk from the Town Hall and 7 minutes walk from the beach. There are supermarkets within a 4-minute walk and restaurants within a 5-minute walk. A 4-minute walk away is the Tram stop (connecting tram with the high-speed train in Alicante) and Alicante airport, in El Altet, is 22 minutes away by car. The port and water sports activities are only 1000 meters away.
The splendid quadrangular garden of 500 m2 for exclusive use is located at the back of the house and is accessed through its large interior patio.
