“A equipe do hotel nos recepcionou maravilhosamente bem. Nos sentimos muito acolhidos. Pequenos pontos de melhoria: O cardápio do café pode melhorar. Tinha pouca variedade de comida e a bebida café não era muito saborosa. Já no quarto, a cama de casal era formada por duas camas de solteiro, formando um vão no meio da cama, o que era um pouco desconfortável. Também nos quartos, poderiam melhorar o isolamento acústico. “This hotel is private, exclusive & ideal for relaxing comfort. The owner & staff were highly attentive to guests needs. Facility as a whole including rooms are extremely clean, and comfortable, the food is at another level of superb, and gives that extra touch of an exclusive bed & breakfast vibe, not to mention all the fun one can have with the LGTBQ family; clothing optional. "Mario" the owner is the best. Highly recommend this hotel.”

“I was so chocked by the state of the room and lack of service provided by this hotel I returned the key immediately after been showed around by the receptionist and left for another hotel close by. The rooms are dated, damp and dark. The kitchen oven and the refrigerator wasn’t clean. The manager and the receptionist were very polite. This hotel wasn’t really covid compliant, guests were not using masks in the lobby . ”

“My husband and I wrapped up our vacation in La Barra, and Kala Hotel was absolutely perfect. It was within walking distance to the beach, offering the perfect spot to unwind. The breakfast was delicious, and we were well taken care of by the pool with refreshing wine and snacks. We also took their bikes to ride to José Ignacio, though in the heat, it wasn’t the most comfortable choice. Still, a memorable trip! Highly recommend!”
