“I thought the property was good except for 2 factors 1. bed was tooooo soft 2. hot water was shut off during the day for at least 3 hours with no notice from the staff”

“This property is a good stay, the housekeeping & kitchen staff are always so friendly, kind and helpful. The front desk staff can be stand offish but helpful as I needed assistance when my digital key stopped working after only my 1st night's stay (out of 3 nights reserved). They saw I was in a hurry & instead very quickly provided a card key, which worked great for my remaining stay. Also 1 of the side doors got stuck 1 morning which made it a hassle having to walk all the way to the front...

“The breakfast was good but, they didn't have yogurth and fruits, they only had oranges and two yogurths. Also the elevator didn't work for two days. Also the return of the deposit I would like to be inmediaty I have waiting for a week.”

“Staff we interacted with at check in and breakfast were friendly. The room was a generous size but furniture was tired. Something was wrong with the shower faucet and could only be turned to scorching hot or ice cold. Breakfast was fine with basic cold amenities. It met our needs but I would try somewhere else if I returned to this area.”

“The hotel was very good, and the staff was very kind and courteous. I have nothing to complain about, except the smell of old broadloom in the corridor and the staircase. The cleaning personelI makes a very good job though, always very clean every day. I do like the pastry during afternoon as well. Wifi works great but it is just a little to weak just outside the hotel (if you ever wants to surf from there) but from inside it works perfect. Breakfast is ok, i guess its just a regular american...

“The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a nice variety, and items were promptly refilled by an attentive gentleman. The only complaint was the hot tub was cold. Despite that I still give it a five. I would stay here again.”
