“The Unico lives up to its name. We arrived very late and were recieved by both a doorman and the front desk staff. The room had already been turned down. At the unico the attention to the smallest details can almost be taken for granted. The rooms are nicely designed, big and very comfortable. We had a room towards the street and did not regret that. “Overall great stay at this beautiful hotel with great service and perfect location! The room was a bit cold, but the staff fixed it quickly when we let them know. If you are sensitive to noices it can be tricky to stay here some days, we were not bothered but we could hear music/noice at some occasions (it was mostly quiet).”

"Hotellets restaurang var inte bra.
Dels kunde man inte beställa rätterna på menyn, de var slut, dels var servicen var undermålig. Dessutom tog restaurangen en serviceavgift om €3,20 per kuvert (även för barn) som inte var motiverad jämfört med andra restauranger i Madrid. Kommer inte att äta där några fler gånger.
Frukostbuffén var vi däremot jättenöjda med, personalen var engagerad och mycket trevlig."
