“We arrived at the hotel on New Year’s Eve and were not informed in advance that the only restaurant open was a mandatory New Year’s Eve buffet. All other restaurants were closed. This left us with no alternative and we were forced to attend the buffet at a cost of 150 EUR per adult and per child, which felt unreasonable and poorly communicated.
