Cadlao resort i El Nido
Fantastiskt fin utsikt. Blandad service nivå men mycket trevligt bemötande vid incheckning. Resorten ligger lite avsides men transporter ordnades gratis till och från själva centrum/restaurang gatan. Lite dyrare mat och dryck på resorten jämfört med inne i centrum. Centrum lite mer spartanskt än resorten. Flera fantastiska stränder att upptäcka men krävs någon form av transport. Finns dock att välja på. Man dricksar och prutar. Otroligt fina snorklings ställen och rent och klart vatten. Går flyg från Manilla till El Nido men tänk på att man måste ev byta Terminal från Internationella till Inrikes. Tar tid!

We appreciated that the hotel picked us up even though we arrived in town very early in the morning. Very nice and attentive staff. We would definitely stay again!

Magnifik utsikt men opersonligt
Utsikten från poolen och hotellets restaurang är helt magisk med det stora berget Cadlao precis mitt framför. Mycket bra mat och frukost! Mycket bra pool och många solsängar. Fri skjuts till "stan" med tricycle. Jättevacker och välskött trädgård. Tyvärr är hotellets personal inte särskilt serviceminded. Kändes ibland som man störde när man ville fråga något. Väldigt dåligt internet (man får endast 100 MB/dag att nyttja). Vattnet i kranar luktar periodvis illa och det luktade avlopp vid ett flertal tillfällen i badrummet. Trivsamt hotell trots allt men alldeles för dyrt med tanke på vad man får för pengarna.

Cadlao Resort var ett alldeles fantastiskt hotell i El Nido. De moderna och fina villorna gav en mysig och romantisk känsla. Personalen på hotellet var väldigt trevlig och serviceminded. De gav en känsla av personlig service och kom ihåg oss varje gång vi kom till receptionen samt restaurangen/baren. Hotellets läge är nästan sagolikt med dess utsikt över landskapet. Värt att notera är att stranden nedanför är dålig, men detta kompenseras av de två poolerna som anläggningen erbjuder. Ett annat pluspoäng är den goda maten som restaurangen har att erbjuda, både till frukost och middag. Det var bara en punkt som hindrade hotellet från att var helt felfritt och perfekt, nämligen desss dåliga Wi-Fi. Det var oftast så dåligt att du inte fick någon signal över huvud taget. Annars kan jag inget annat göra än att varmt rekomendera detta otroliga hotell!

Välvårdat och lugnt hotell med vackert läge.
Fantastisk utsikt. Fräscht och välvårdat hotellområde. Hjälpsam personal. Många bra arrangerade turer från hotellet. Hotellet har en egen strand på en ö, där hotellets båtturer stannar för lunch, sol, snorkling och bad.

Great hotel even though a bit expensive
Great service and hotel. The pool was nice to have access to compared to getting sandy at the beach all the time. The place is very relaxed and luxurious compared to the other places we stayed at in el nido. The restaurant at the hotel had a extensive menu, not all of the dishes was great but still one of the better ones in el nido, great breakfast though. Would probably not recommend it for a more extensive stay since it's quite expensive, we stayed there for our last night and it was wonderful after a quite primitive lifestyle the previous 9 nights.

The massage were add bonus. The property was beautiful and breakfast was provided was excellent. Staff was willing to go the extra mile. Happy hour was great and dinning was fantastic.

All staff members are courteous and with good customer service. The food was great too! I enjoyed riding the toktok to and from the town plaza. The transportation is 24/7 as well as customer service. Will come back.

Located close to downtown but a little off the beaten path. My wife and I wished we could stay longer. Three pools to choose from, good food and service, comfortable rooms, and very welcoming staff. I highly recommend.

If you want an “island” style of serenity, this is the place! It takes you away from the city hussle and bussle and gives you the relaxation needed. We stayed in a poolside cottage and it was worth every penny. The customer service was top-tier, everyone was so friendly and so attentive. The resort a little off-ways from the town but still within walking distance (10-15 min) OR they offer a free tuk-tuk service to Bring you closer to the town (5 min walk from checkpoint) - you can also call them to bring you back :) The free breakfast was amazing and the views from the resort of Cadlao Island was mesmerizing. All in all we had a great stay and it was the perfect place to bring my boyfriend to experience the “island life” for the first time! 10/10 would come back.

Stayed here for 4 nights and found it a relaxing place to stay. With pools being in separate areas it meant the guests were spread out and didn't feel crowded. The location was quiet and was only a 10-15 walk into El Nido town. When we didn't feel like heading out the restaurant dining options were quiet reasonable and tasty too. The massage was excellent too

The property is excellent. I taken some score on cleanliness as the pools felt a bit dirty at times. The staff was generally friendly although I have to take some score out as they made some jokes that I found inappropriate. I appreciated the tuk tuk complimentary service to town and the views were excellent.

Very happy with my stay here. Customer service definitely stood out to me; the resort staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The resort is beautiful (amazing view of Cadlao island from the pools and restaurant) and the rooms are clean. Location is a bit far from the town proper, but they offer free tricycle/tuktuk rides to and from town. Loved my stay here and would definitely book with them if I ever travel back to El Nido.

We stayed the first night in one of the smaller duplex rooms but then moved into one of the pool cottages, the view was spectacular, the service was great and the location , close to the main town but a few minutes walk away was perfect

A pretty place to stay, walkable from town. The staff were so lovely and the pools/scenery were beautiful. The restaurant food was great! The one downside is the WiFi was a bit in and out.

Be forewarned, the beach next to the hotel is not swimmable, it's all rocks. The hotel has a number of pools, one of which is quite nice. Staff was really helpful and considerate. The grounds have good views of the bay, unless they book you into the back area "Cadlao 3" where my room was. My bathroom had a bad odor--like sewage--that became realy noticeable when using the shower or anytime the door was closed. When I brought this to the hotel's attention, their solution was to put in a glade airfreshener to cover it up. The hotel was fully booked, so I was stuck with a gross bathroom for 3 days. Really unfortunate, because otherwise, the hotel was fine.

To be clear, this location is probable the best at El Nido, but the beach is horrible. If you wish to swim, you need to take a boat tour. Then you will see great places. The El Nido bay is a harbor, not a good idea to swim in... If you wish an acceptable beach, go the Vanilla Beach.

Just lovely!
Adored the rooms, we could hear the sea and the views were beautiful. The staff were fantastic and couldn’t be more helpful. Close to the town centre with great cafes and restaurants. A perfect base to explore the islands. Restaurant has a stunning view. 3pm free snacks and refreshments. If I was to be really picky the only thing they could improve on is to have an espresso machine rrather than pod

Not worth the money. Stayed at this resort and was not happy. The food was terrible. Ordered several dishes and to say the least was not impressed. The manager also stated he has received multiple complaints considering the food so they are aware this is an issue. Also there was a miscommunication at the front desk considering transportation and was not happy with how their customer service was. They stated threats were made but if saying that we will speak the truth and give an honest review of OUR experience is a threat then so be it. Also after several conversations with the manager there was still miscommunication regarding a tour and tried to pass the blame on the tour which was not the case. The problem was due to a front desk error of pick up location and point. One employee stated one thing and another was stated something different. They did try to remedy the situation by giving us a complimentary massage or extra day but it was not worth it. Sad to say but for the money was not impressed. The sea front villa was very nice but because of the issue with the food and front desk mishap you would expect more for the price of the accommodations.
