This big and modern holiday cottage was purpose built true to the Canary island style, using high quality materials. It is located near the route between Los Llanos and El Paso. By car, both towns are reachable within only a few minutes. To the beach of Tazacorte, it is a car drive of some 15 minutes from the cottage.

On the ground floor you find a big living room with a sitting area, satellite television and an open fire. Adjacent to the living room is the dining room, and the well equipped kitchen. The kitchen has, among other things, a cooker, fridge, freezer compartment, microwave, dish washer, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Behind the kitchen there is also a laundry room, accessible via a side door. Here you find a washing machine. The ground floor also hosts a bedroom and a bathroom. The upper floor features an additional two bedrooms and a bathroom.

From the various terraces you have a beautiful view of the Ariadne valley and the mountains. There are big terraces, one is roofed, with a built in barbecue. There is a sauna too, which you can use. Right next to the house there are two car parks.

The village with its shopping facilities is some 1.5 km away, a restaurant some 2 km, and the sea and beach are some 9 km away. There is a sauna for guests on the covered terrace, currently free.
