Comfortable and great neighborhood

We were in town for our daughter's wedding and the place was very nice. The only thing that was missing was an iron, it would have come in handy.

Beautiful Home, Excellent Location

The home was spacious with a beautiful backyard. The location was close to restaurants and it felt safe! The property manager was extremely responsive! My kids and I enjoyed the home. My only concern is that the furniture and floors were very dusty. The master bedroom linen were not clean. The master toilet was dirty, the shower was very dirty. The sink area had hair as if someone had just shaved.

House has potential, but...

This home has lots of potential but misses the mark for several reasons. Home needs better cleaning - floors, dishes, washer and dryer, outside sitting area were in poor condition when we arrived. The lock on the door is problematic the digital keypad sits in direct sunlight all day and is hot to the touch and often time numbers do not display properly. On two occasions - it took us over 30 min for the digital display to properly display numbers so we could get in. This is a major issue for any house guest. This home has great potential, lots of space, the furniture and appliances all looked relatively new, the neighborhood is very quiet and the location is great but it needs much better attention to detail by the owners to take this to the next level.

Overall, the home was well equipped with all essentials. Living room and TV were great as was the kitchen. Several maintenance items needed attention (skylight cover in hall bathroom, handles on nightstand loose, towel rack fell off the wall and was lying on the floor of master bath, hall bedroom lamp had a light bulb too large that melted the shade). These were mildly inconvenient. The whole house was superficially neat but needed some more attention to thorough cleaning (i.e. tons of dead flies on window sills along with dust, fingerprints on door to garage did not give confidence that proper covid protocols were followed.) I expected more from the cleaning fee charged. When I went to use the washer to wash towels, the detergent bottle next to the washer was dry and had been rinsed so it made me wonder if the linens were washed appropriately before our check in. It's a very nice house in a quiet neighborhood with a good sized back yard and had it been cleaner, I would have rated it much higher and would not have hesitated to rent it again as we visit relatives in the area often.
