âWe loved our stay at this hotel. The staff was nice. Max at the front desk was SUPER helpful and pleasant. Aside from that, an excellent location to enjoy the best of San CristĂłbal island has to offer. We didn't want to leave. â
âThe hotel is perfectly located in the center of town. The room had a balcony and hammock, overlooking the harbor and ocean. Daily housekeeping and fresh drinking water were provided. Breakfast was basic but adequate, as is typical of South American hotels. We had an afternoon ferry, so we had access to the pool, towels, and coffee and tea. There were two pools, and a pleasant garden.â
âThe owner was friendly and accommodating! We only stayed one night but the room was clean and there was hot water for showers! Itâs writhing walking distance of the boardwalk/restaurants and bars.
Lots of cats around which I enjoyed but if youâre allergic, Iâd take heed! â

They fixed a room for me for three nights but I had to change room every day.â

âAwesome location, across from the beach and near the interpretation center and trails. The rooms were ok with a small fridge (that was very noisy), 20 random channels on a small TV, and comfortable beds. Great customer service when she was around (about half of the time during the day). The view from the balcony was really the best part.
We booked and paid online through Expedia but apparently this property didn't get the transfer. Not sure if this was a onetime issue with the worldwide...
