“Such a convenient location to the highway! This hotel is lovely. The staff has a level of pride in their hotel. Linda (I think) was very nice at check-in. The young man at breakfast never seemed to stop! He worked very hard to keep up with the early risers.”

“I understand that there is a section of the hotel that allows pets. We stayed in that section because they were completely full. We were lucky to get the last room. The hotel was fine but the section we were in smelled like wet dog and the deodorizer was so strong it burned your eyes. Breakfast was good and the staff was efficient. Not a bad hotel, just not a good room for someone with allergies. ”

“The bed was upmost comfort I would stay again and again especially for a airport hotel this exceeds all hotels near airports I’ve seen including name brands ”

“Liked the clean rooms”

“The room was super-clean and modern. However, the spare blanket had holes in it and the pull out sofa had questionable stains. This is also one of the few hotels that does not provide breakfast. Or even coffee in the lobby. The best part was Lizzie, who checked me in. I was in town for a hockey tournament and arrived at 1pm for my son's 3pm game, and she was able to get me in early so he could change. ”

“Mainstay Suites has been a perfect option for my daughter as she competes for Miss Virginia. It is quiet, but only 8 minutes away from the competition at Hotel Roanoke or the Berglund Center. Also…there is plenty of room for all the clothes she needs to bring for pageant week! The staff was excellent, responsive, and accommodating! ”
