Hotell nära Electric City Trolley Station and Museum

“Fint boende i centrum av Scranton. Områdena runtomkring kan dock bli lite mörka när solen går ner, dålig belysning i vissa områden och skumma människor i rörelse. ”

“+ Trevlig personal + Centralt + Bra frukost + Gratis parkering i P-hus - Väldigt slitet hotell - Dåligt underhållet med smutsiga mattor mm - Dålig belysning i rummet och trasiga glödlampor - Högljudd AC, som även läckte vatten”

“Clean and well-kept facility. Very convenient to dining options.”

“I stayed there for about four days. They never cleaned the room. They only brought in new towels. I requested for the room to be cleaned three times.”

“Good, clean and affordable hotel. Not the best surroundings for taking a morning walk but super close to the expressway. Very comfortable beds. Breakfast was ok, especially the waffles. To bad they only used plastic knifes, forks bowls etc etc. Not the best for the environment. All in all, a good hotel. ”

“Clean and spacious room. Bathroom was clean. Friendly and pleasant staff. Breakfast was great with lots of nutritious food to choose from. Will definitely stay at a Springfield suites again in the future. I would give it a more than 5 stars.”

“They charged me for a mountain view room and when I went to go in my room there were people in it. I went back to the desk and they assigned me another room but not a mountain view room. When I checked out and asked to have that extra charge taken off she would not and did not understand about an extra charge on the room. She said she will speak to her manager but my credit card was charged full.”

“Little kitchen without utensils.”

“Helt ok hotell på väg mot Niagarafallen. Dock lite svårt att hitta, GPS:en visa de fel, men hotellet är stort så det syns från vägen. Typisk amerikanske frukost, inget nyttigt med andra ord. Fettfri sockerbomb till yoghurt och våfflor. Mycket trevlig personal.”
