“We were supposed to stay at Pink Sands Resort as part of a romantic Bahamas get away in January. When booking the resort, we reached out several times to ask for advice how to get to the island and resort and we're given false information on travel measures that didn't run, and simply was inaccurate - which in turn led to us not being able to get to the resort at all.
