When booking the resort, we reached out several times to ask for advice how to get to the island and resort and we're given false information on travel measures that didn't run, and simply was inaccurate - which in turn led to us not being able to get to the resort at all. When reaching out to them and explaining the difficulties, even in advance of our stay, they refused to refund us and instead...

“The rooms are nice and practical. Although the beds are not of the top quality one get a good sleep. Had a kitchen area, but was missing a toaster. It seems not to be typical to have toasted berad on the island though. The shower was a bit worn with some tiles broken but worked ok. It is very close to the breakfast places, restarants and dive center. One can also walk to pink beach in a short time. All-in-all the place is good value for the price on the island. ”

“Bra pris i förhållande till andra boenden på ön, men standard på rummen därefter. Man måste förbereda sig på att det är inte ett lyxboende på något sätt. Trots låg standard så är upplevelsen fantastisk, och inte minst pga fantiskt vänliga människor med en fantastisk service. Hotellets restaurang hade stängt en dag när vi var där, men då blev vi hembjudna till ägaren på frukost. Vi spenderade en stor del av dagen på Tiffany's altan och tittade ut över havet.
