âThis is a cozy hotel in a good location in the Hamptons. One of the staff members named Denise is excellent at her job. She gave us a ton of great tips and made us feel so welcome.
Now to the downsides: The walls are super thin and not soundproof. Our first night we had no problems at all, but the second night our neighbors were very loud and we could hear everything. So as long as everybody is quiet and respectful this is a great place. â

âWe come once a year and we appreciate the location, the cleanliness and the friendly staff. We especially enjoy the balcony rooms facing the harbor. Rates in summer are generally very high (especially on weekends) so we tend to stay in the shoulder season and when offered special rates.â

En dag nÀr vi kom tillbaka till rummet sÄ var Àven dörren till rummet helt öppen, vilket absolut inte Àr Ok!!

âWe (a couple) really had a perfect stay at Sea Haven over the Sept 13-14, 2025 weekend, and it will be our go-to place from now on when visiting the Hamptons -- which we will probably do more of now because Southampton is closer to NYC than most other Hamptons destinations and avoids all that one-lane traffic. What a special place to stay in the Hamptons! I am so happy we found this wonderful gem!

âLovely surrondings and the hotel is beutiful. The location of the hotel is good, close to city centre and the beach. Also great that we could borrow the hotel bikes! Unfortunately most of the staff is uncommitted and not so helpful. It didnât feel as friendly as it looks.â

âThe highlights: Communication by the property manager was excellent. I was able to contact the landlord directly via text and that was very helpful. Instructions were very clear. The location felt safe despite being above a bar, which made it feel safer since there are people in the area keeping an eye on everything. You need to pass through three coded doors to get to your room. There's plenty of parking on the street like the manager states. The room was incredibly neat and clean and felt new....
