Hotell nära Elizabethan House Museum

“The room was newly refurbished, good standard, bright, modern, all the basics, plenty of power points with built in usb ports. The staff were helpful, friendly and tried hard. They were let down by outside contractor not fitting a new boiler properly so it took time before the hot water was fixed. Letsface it , Yarmouth has a lot of old crumbly hotels that need a lot of work. While overall the Hotel looks dated they are doing up the rooms. It is a bit hit and miss but you're not paying much so...

“The communication from the hotel was excellent, and accessing the room later in the day via the key box was no problem at all. The location is great—just a short walk to the beach and shops. The room was clean, though definitely a bit tired. The carpets were grubby, and the wallpaper could use some attention. Still, for the price, it was perfectly adequate. It’s unclear whether rooms are let on a longer-term basis, but it seemed that way. Sadly, our neighbour was audibly upset and sobbed...

“Svårt att hitta för oss. Underbar utsikt, det ligger högt upp. Fint stort rum hade vi bokat, sköna sängar, trappor upp och ner, ingen hiss. Man kunde äta på hotellet på kvällen, god mat, god frukost. Prisvärt. Personal behjälplig i receptionen.”

“So, first of all the English breakfast. Have to pay extra for mushrooms (how rude and hence only 4 stars for it) but a good choice of continental food, cereal, yoghurt, pastries, jams. The room (I stayed in the lodge) very clean and spacious room however the radiator didn't seem to be working although towel rail in bathroom was but there was enough space for a wheelchair. Staff are diligent and friendly (both day and night) and I advised on the faulty socket in my room. I've stayed here before...
