The property was fine but I had problems at checkout. I had already paid for the room through Expedia and they charged my card again. The front desk clerks did not know what they were doing. I will have to call the GM on Monday to get my money back. It was quite a chunk to have withdrawn from my account, not expecting it. Very frustrating. The desk clerk kept saying she was having computer problems but my guess is that it was operator problem.

The lobby is really nice :-/. Hotel is right on the interstate and we heard traffic all night long, despite white noise machines and AC fans being on. There was no hot water in the morning. Front desk said they had to reset the hot water heater. Never got warm enough to shower. Rooms were also pretty outdated with hunter green/burgundy and carpet. Not my favorite Hilton

Your hotel is very nice, but would never stay there again. Why would anyone build right on the expressway? The car/tru k noise was brutal.

Top notch hotel. My favorite is how the elevators and hallway smell! Very nice rooms and storage for clothes. Mini fridge, microwave, all the essentials in the bathroom. The gentleman at the check in desk was very professional, kind, and even went out of his way to talk to my pre teen. Very nice bar and restaurant. 8mins from Target and surrounded by tons of restaurants. We walked to an Asian restaurant next door and it was absolutely delicious! Highly recommend this hotel!

Absolutely great stay! Facility and room were clean and well maintained. The only complaint which is out of there control is the noise coming from the highway right behind the property. Other than that, great place!

We originally booked the Comfort Suites Marriott thru Expedia. When we got to the hotel we were told they didn’t have a room for us. I had the confirmation in my hand and was booked four weeks in advance. After 2 hours on the phone with Expedia they found us a room at Hilton Garden Inn. I was told there would be no extra charge. Ha! I was charged $85 MORE for the change. Outrageous!

Not what i expected from a Hilton Garden Inn
During stay our room had ants on tv stand, the shower had a VERY slow drain, snd the ice room on 5th floor smelled like a dead animal. I told front desk about it the. Ext morning... Nothing had changed. The evening clerk was running desk solo.. so he was a bit overwhelmed and short. Dueing checkout, i mentioned the room problems again, so next guest didnt have to deal. The front desk clerk gave me a partial refund. Regarding the dead animal.smell i was told it was a drainage issue. NOPE, i went to every other floor and Ha No Dead Animal stink.
