Entire Cabin - Modern A-Frame w/Hot Tub

Less than 2 hours from the city, our A-Frame cabin is nestled at the foothills of the Catskills & Shawangunk mountains. Surrounded by endless hiking trails, waterfalls, swimming holes, picturesque towns, farms, wineries & breweries you won't be short of things to do. Enjoy a BBQ on the overhang deck, fire up the firepit under the stars, kick back in the home cinema & games room (for both adults and kids), or relax in the hot tub to finish the day - perfect escape to get away from it all!

The space
This must be the place !

Perched at the top of a hill, our cabin is set over 3 floors, meaning there is plenty of space for every one.
Enjoy morning coffee at the breakfast bar, and dinners in the open plan kitchen/dining/living area. Bright and Spacious with huge typical A- Frame windows letting in natural light all day long.

Spend the day visiting the local towns (Ellenville, Stone Ridge, Kerhonkson, Accord, Mountaindale and Livingston Manor all less than 30 mins away), get outdoors and go hiking , skiing, biking, or even hang gliding.

There are numerous farms and farm stands to buy some delicious local produce as well as wineries, cideries, breweries for tastings and live music/entertainment.
In the winter, ski resorts such as Hunter and Wyndham Mountain are also a short drive away for a day on the slopes.

Spend the evening relaxing outdoors by the fire pit or in the hot tub while looking up a the mountain stars or head inside and get cosy next to the stove with a hot chocolate!

The basement is the fun part!! Perfect for a games evening playing pool, darts, board games or watch your favourite movie in the snuggly cinema area with surround sound and popcorn.

The large master bedroom is set as a loft-style room, there is a separate door leading to a small private balcony looking out into the back garden, a reading nook with bookcase full of our favorite reads and even a doggy den, a cosy spot for your furry friend to spend the night.
The large, kingsize bed is fitted with a Casper hybrid mattress for maximum comfort and the ultimate sleep!

On the main floor there are 2 other bedrooms both with cosy queen beds and large closets for storage. One bedroom has a four poster bed and the other has a desk to accommodate any remote workers.

Downstairs there is a half bath with toilet/sink as well as a washer and dryer for your laundry needs. There is a fully equipped home gym, with water rower, free weights, bar bell, kettle bells, yoga mats and more, everything you need for a killer workout.

There really is something for everyone, whether you want to get outdoors and explore or lock yourself in for the weekend!

Parking space for 5-6 cars is at the property on the driveway

Ellenville is our closest town/village and is a 10 minus drive from he house. Street parking is free and plentiful.
Other things to note
This is mountain life…with that comes the wildlife , please be mindful and drive carefully as deer are always on the roads.

The cabin is located at the top of a hill, during the winter and in snowy conditions a 4x4 or snow chains is needed as it can get very slippery !

There is no A/C during the summer months , we have always got on fine without as temperature drops down at night time. There is a ceiling fan in the main space and plug in fans provided in the bedrooms. The basement area also always stays super cool throughout the year.

We have one set of neighbours on one side which are visible from the house

Working stove is the pellet stove in the basement , the wood stove is not in use

Dogs always welcome but must be kept on a leash when in the yard due to no fences around the property
