◆ This cabin is located on the mountainside in a quiet residential area and is not suitable for parties, large gatherings, or events. Guests who violate house rules or allow unauthorized visitors may be removed from the property without refund.



◆ This is a pet-friendly property. A $99 pet fee per pet, per stay applies. For the safety and comfort of your pets, please do not leave them unattended inside the cabin.



◆ Easy self check-in is available through the keypad on the front door. Your access code will be provided prior to arrival.



◆ This home was thoughtfully designed for out-of-town guests, and we enjoy hosting travelers with positive short-term rental experience and reviews.



◆ While we appreciate your interest, we do not accommodate local guests seeking an alternate venue for parties, gatherings, or events. We reserve the right to decline such reservations.



◆ Please let us know ahead of time about any allergies or sensitivities so we can best prepare for your stay.



◆ Daily housekeeping is not included. The cabin is professionally cleaned and inspected before arrival. Mid-stay cleaning services are available for an additional fee on longer stays.



◆ Upon check-out, please place excess trash in the large receptacles located at the side of the house.

◆ Please treat our home with the same care and respect you would your own.



◆ Smoking, parties, and large gatherings are not permitted inside the property. Violation of this rule may result in immediate removal from the home.



◆ Moving or rearranging furniture is strictly prohibited to help maintain the layout, design, and condition of the cabin.



◆ Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Late check-outs are subject to a fee of $65 per hour. After 2 hours, the fee increases to $130 per hour.



◆ Only guests included in the reservation are permitted on the property unless approved in advance.



◆ Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, especially outdoors.



◆ Damage or excessive cleaning may result in additional charges, including:

✔ Pet Cleanup: $500–$1,000 minimum depending on severity

✔ Party Cleanup: $750 minimum

✔ Smoking Remediation: $500 minimum

✔ Towels: $20 each

✔ Linens: $50 each

✔ Comforter: $200

✔ Duvet Cover: $100



◆ Exterior security cameras are installed for safety and property monitoring. A noise monitoring device is also located inside the cabin.



◆ A $500 damage waiver fee applies to stays longer than 30 days.



◆ Minimum age requirement: 25 years old



◆ Guests are required to complete a check-in form, upload a valid government-issued ID, and sign a rental agreement prior to arrival.



◆ By booking, guests consent to identity verification and third-party screening, which may include criminal database checks. A screening email will be sent prior to arrival, so please check your inbox and spam folder. Please contact the property manager with any questions regarding the screening process.
