Booking Guest must be of 25 years of age.
Our home is in neighborhood of families for families.
We have strict no pet, no parties and no loud noise policy.
For your convenience we have parking on driveway for 4 sedan or equivalents. Heavy vehicles, especially construction work, can not be accommodated. Please do not park in the street and in the garage.
Please refrain from charging your vehicle using the power socket of our home.
Weight capacity of 4 bunkbeds is 200 Lbs.
For TVs please use your Amazon Prime or Netflix Account.
We kindly ask that you leave the home in the same condition at check-out as it was when you arrived.
Do not tamper with the settings of the thermostat.
Only registered "number" of guests are allowed on the property.
Be prepared for extra supplies of Kitchen Towels, Toilet Paper, Toiletries, etc. if your stay is of 4 days or more.
