Our family of 11 had an amazing time at this beautiful retreat! It is secluded in the mountains with a beautiful creek running under the house. Great views from both the front and back porches. Our grandchildren absolutely LOVED playing in the water and tubing down the creek. Such a great property to explore! The house was very clean and spacious for everyone! The kitchen was well stocked which was nice since we cooked all of our meals at the house. This is such a unique home that we hope to return to in the future!

Overall the place is incredible! Big rooms, large dinner table for everyone to enjoy, pool table, hot tub, even the creek was low enough that younger kids felt safe in it and flowing quick enough to take tubes down it, our entire family got together and was able to be in the house all together yet not feel cramped. Water pressure was great, beds are super comfortable the fire pit was the hang out spot at night with blankets we laid down for a few hours just staring at the night stars it's clear and beautiful.. not enough nice things to say about this place..a little slice of heaven at such incredible price, even with how the economy is right now it was a little more per night that you'd pay at a hotel and with everything right there at your discretion was a perfect way for the entire family...thanks Brittany for allowing us to use your home away from home

Love staying here. We have stayed several years in a row. Kids always have fun playing in the water, hiking, Hot tub, pool table. Family enjoys it also. Very relaxing and quiet, other than my grandchildren.

Great location for a family getaway

We had an awesome time in Ellijay at a river runs through it. The setting is spectacular. Our entire family enjoyed the staycation.

Everything was wonderful ! The home was warm and exactly as described. The host was easy to reach and accommodating. Our party of 11 couldnt have asked for a better Christmas retreat, from the 2 year old to the 85 year old , a good time was had by all !!!!!!!

Peace Away From Home

My family and I stayed here for New Years and had an amazing time. The house is perfect and has lots of privacy for different families staying together. The property is beautiful and we spent most of our time outside enjoying the fresh mountain air. We can’t wait to come back!

One of a kind !

One of the best properties ever! So unique and beautiful. The river was amazing, views from everywhere, secluded and private. Hearing the rushing water was the perfect soundtrack to our stay.

Best Stay in Ellijay!!!!

This little retreat in Ellijay, Georgia was the best we have stayed in. The layout of the house, the comfort of the beds, the location to the trout streams, and the fun that you can have on the creek. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and our time together. Thank you to our wonderful host and we hope to be back next year.

Absolutely Lovely!

A perfect gem that has lovely scenery, great large layout and very clean. Lots of wineries nearby. The views from the back deck-porch could not be more calming. Sitting by the water was divine. Will be back for sure.

1st word that comes to mind, AMAZING!! We were looking for something peaceful, comfortable, and beautiful. This home was all that and some. Definitely plan on coming back.

Nothing like it

Plenty of space for eating, hanging out, and for everyone to get a good night’s rest. The house is obviously one of a kind but its also very comfortable and well maintained. The weather was gorgeous, perfectly shady and sunny property!
