Welcome to Creekside Wonderland, a modern mountain cabin on Mountaintown Creek in Ellijay, GA.

Tucked into the North Georgia mountains inside the gated High River community, this beautifully designed cabin sits on a wooded lot with its own private trail down to serene Mountaintown Creek. Watch the deer wander past the deck, and settle in with room for the whole family. Everything you need is here, and downtown Ellijay, Georgia's apple capital, is just minutes away.

Bedrooms & Sleeping Arrangements (sleeps 6):
- Main-floor king master, designed for comfort, with private access to the back deck
- Custom bunk room upstairs (full bed on the bottom, twin on top), a favorite with the kids
- Futon in the bunk room for an extra sleeper
- Pullout sofa in the upstairs loft
- Smart TVs throughout, with extra linens and yoga mats in the closets

Fully Stocked Kitchen:
- Full kitchen with gas stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher
- Three coffee makers so everyone gets their morning cup their way: Nespresso, drip, and Keurig
- Blender and cooking basics (pots, pans, oil, salt, and pepper)
- Dishes, silverware, and wine glasses provided

Creekside Wonderland sits in High River, a quiet gated neighborhood in the North Georgia mountains. The community has its own river access and a small clubhouse, so you get a calm, tucked-away feel with the river just down the road.

Property Access & Info
You'll receive a personalized access code for the smart lock on the front door the day before check-in, so there is no in-person key exchange required.

Getting in:
- Gated community: you'll receive the High River gate code with your check-in details before arrival
- Front door: use your personalized code to unlock the smart lock

Upon arrival:
- Parking: free onsite parking at the cabin for 4 to 5 cars

During your stay:
- Full access to the entire home, the private hiking trail down to the creek, the outdoor deck off the living room and master bedroom, the coffee station, the workspace, and the upstairs lounge (foosball, kids' pool table, smart TVs, and kids' games)
- The lower level is still being finished and will remain locked and inaccessible during your stay

We provide a starter supply of essentials:
- Kitchen: coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and creamer
- Bath: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and toilet paper

No hot tub, no firepit, no downstairs version

GENERAL HOUSE RULES
- Check-in: After 4:00 PM
- Check-out: By 10:00 AM
- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
- Booker must be at least 21 years old
- Maximum occupancy: 6 guests, including children and infants
- No parties or events. This is a peaceful retreat.
- No pets
- Strictly no smoking
- No unregistered guests. Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property.
- Commercial photography is allowed, but please let us know beforehand.
- Self check-in with smart lock
- The lower level of the home is still being finished and will remain locked and inaccessible during your stay.
- Wildlife note: black bears, deer, and other wildlife are nearby. Please do not feed them, keep your distance, and be mindful of food and trash in outdoor spaces.
- Before you leave: throw trash away and lock up.

CHILDREN SUPERVISION
Children must be supervised at all times, especially near the creek, the hiking trail, and any outdoor features.

PET POLICY
No pets are allowed at this property. If an unauthorized pet is found at the home, a fee of $300 per pet applies, plus an additional $100 charge if extra cleaning is needed for pet hair or damage.

SMOKING VIOLATION FINE
Strictly no smoking. If smoking is detected, the following will apply:
- Minimum smoking violation fee: $500
- This fee covers additional cleaning, deodorization, ozone treatment, and damage prevention.
- Additional charges may apply if smoke remediation exceeds standard cleaning or results in lost bookings or damaged furnishings.
Evidence may include (but is not limited to) odor, ashes, cigarette butts, residue, guest admission, or reports from professional cleaning staff.

LATE CHECK-OUT FINES
Unauthorized late check-outs will incur the following fees:
- Up to 30 minutes late: $50
- 30 to 60 minutes late: $100
- More than 60 minutes late: up to the cost of one additional night, plus any fees incurred for delayed or rescheduled cleaning services or impacted incoming reservations.
Late check-out fees are not optional and will be charged automatically if the property is not vacated by the designated time. This allows our cleaning and maintenance teams adequate time to prepare the home for incoming guests.
