The Space:

Welcome to Holden Haus, a serene and beautifully designed creekside retreat nestled along the peaceful banks of Holden Creek in the North Georgia mountains. Surrounded by trees and the soothing sounds of flowing water, this pet-friendly getaway blends rustic elegance with modern comfort for a relaxing escape with family, friends, or your favorite four-legged companion.



As you arrive, you're welcomed by a wraparound porch, bubbling hot tub, and the calming sounds of the creek nearby. Step inside the main cabin, where cozy textures, thoughtful details, and custom furnishings create a warm and inviting atmosphere. A dual-sided gas fireplace brings warmth and ambiance to both the spacious living room and sun-drenched dining area, while large windows frame peaceful views of the surrounding forest.



The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals, whether you're making a leisurely breakfast before heading out for the day or gathering around the table for dinner after a mountain adventure.



Just off the main living area, the sunroom porch with its dreamy swing bed is made for slow mornings with coffee, afternoon naps, reading a good book, or simply listening to the creek.



The main level features a comfortable king bedroom with an attached bath and convenient laundry room. Upstairs, you'll find two inviting queen bedrooms along with a cozy loft and daybed—the perfect little retreat for reading, journaling, or enjoying some quiet time.



Outside is where Holden Haus truly shines. Soak in the private hot tub surrounded by nature, enjoy a meal on the deck overlooking the creek, gather around the fire pit beneath twinkling bistro lights, or settle into the Adirondack chairs and spend an afternoon listening to the water. As evening falls, the peaceful wooded setting is perfect for fireside conversations and stargazing.



Bringing your pup? Holden Haus is pet-friendly, so your four-legged family members can come along for the mountain adventure too.



**PLEASE NOTE: A separate bunk house is located beside the main cabin but is not accessible to guests at this time and is not included with your reservation. Your stay includes the main cabin and its designated outdoor living spaces and amenities.**

Guest Access:

Guests have full, private access to the main cabin, hot tub, decks, creekside dining area, fire pit, and all amenities.

Holden Haus is tucked in a quiet, natural setting along Holden Creek, just 15–25 minutes from Ellijay and Blue Ridge, offering the best of both seclusion and accessibility. Enjoy local hiking trails, orchards, wineries, and charming mountain towns.



Getting Around:

Parking is in the gravel driveway only (no parking on grass—vehicles may get stuck)

AWD/4WD not required but always helpful in mountain regions

Area is best explored with your own vehicle; limited rideshare availability

No parties, and no smoking/vaping of any kind

Dog-Friendly, max of 2, $75/pet applies

Firewood not provided but can be purchased for delivery via link sent after booking

Fireplace available October–April only

Minimum age to rent: 25

Signed rental agreement and photo ID required after booking

Cabin and hot tub are professionally cleaned and disinfected between each stay
