We had the best time! The cabin was so clean and well stocked. The attention to detail was unmatched! Our kids had the best time with all the game options downstairs and loved the deer coming up to feed in the driveway. It was all around a great vacation spot and would love to come back again!

My husband and I and our little dog had a very relaxing time at this wonderful cabin! Everything was great! The peace and tranquility was definitely what we were hoping for and The Great Escape did not disappoint. The spacious game room down stairs was a big hit. We really enjoyed the upper back porch for R & R. A beautifully designed home inside and out with fully stocked amenities for all. Getting to see the whitetail deer all around the area was a pleasant experience. Highly recommend for all who love GOD’s beauty and creation. The owners were very quick to accommodate with everything needed.We loved it so much we were thankful we got to extend our stay a couple more days. Hope to visit again!

The Great Escape cabin was absolutely everything we wanted. Pictures didn’t do it justice. The entire space was so great and the area of Elijah was so beautiful. We can’t wait to plan another trip and stay at this cabin. The host was great and was in constant contact which was so nice to have.

Fourth of July weekend

Our stay at Elsa's cabin was wonderful from beginning to end over the holiday weekend. Super clean and well-organized with all the needed amenities plus unexpected extras. The game room and other available activities were enjoyed by all our family. We are already thinking about the next time we can come to this property in the Coosawattee River Resort.

Best VRBO

I was looking forward to leaving a review as this is probably one of the best vrbo’s we’ve stayed in. The owners pretty much have thought of everything including the most awesome Christmas decorations. The home was super clean, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The game room and huge tv were a big hit with not just the adults but we had 3 teen boys that spent hours playing and keeping busy. The area is amazing for long walks, but definitely lots of hills and plenty of deer to watch for. I hope we have the opportunity to stay again. Thank you.

Wonderful holiday stay! Will come back!

Our stay was an absolutely amazing experience. The home was comfortable, wonderfully decorated for Christmas (such a bonus!), the amenities were plentiful, and the views were gorgeous. There is pretty much everything you need there. I was really impressed with how stocked the kitchenware was. I'm sure if you need it, they'll have it.. Just ask just in case. The host is very responsive. The game room and jacuzzi was a hit. I loved that the cabin had enough space for our large group. My personal favorite was the frequent visits by a family of deer. We left the property to go to Walmart (about 15 minutes away) and when driving through the property, you would see deer roaming freely. It was such a nice surprise. The owner's communication from start to finish was top notch. You had all of the information you needed to prepare for your trip and the host was accommodating throughout our stay. My husband forgot something very important at the cabin and our host reached out to us right away. This is a beautiful home located in a peaceful and serene area. We all want to come back again next year for the holidays but will stay longer!

Great girls' trip in North Georgia

We had a wonderful time at Elsa's cabin in Ellijay! The cabin had everything we needed and the beds were super comfortable! Lots of deer to watch from the windows. Note: It's a gated community and the guard was less than pleasant when arriving to the neighborhood. Thankfully, Elsa was available via phone to assist us. :-)

Nothing Short of Amazing

Exactly as listed and as the Christmas pictures showed! Spacious. Perfect for two families coming together and spending a week in the mountains at Christmastime. It was well stocked with necessities! Two King Beds upstairs. Downstairs game room and bunk bedrooms had plenty of space for our 4 girls (tweens/teen). We had a fabulous time playing games, watching movies, hiking the mountain around the cabin, watching deer, having campfires, and making sweet memories. It was one of our favorite Cabins that we've stayed in. and we do hope to be back! Thank you for offering up you cabin so we could enjoy it! Many Blessings.

Great mountain escape!

“They thought of everything!” That was repeated by nearly everyone over and over! We took full advantage of the grill, kitchen, fire pit, game room, hot tub, etc! Being greeted by whitetail deer every morning and evening was awesome!!! The Apple Festival was FANTASTIC! But this cabin MADE the trip!! We hope to visit again! HIGHLY recommend!
