Inside, you’ll find everything you need for comfort and connection—from a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and a stocked coffee bar, to cozy living spaces with flat-screen TVs, a gas log fireplace, and a full-house music system that plays inside and out.
Looking for fun? Head upstairs to the loft game zone with giant bean bags, a pool/foosball table, puzzles, and retro gaming—perfect for kids or the kid-at-heart.
Outdoors, the options are endless:
• Lounge on the screened porch with a drink from the mini-fridge
• Swing gently in the hammock chairs under the deck
• Soak in the hot tub with river sounds in the background
• Cross the bridge to your private island and sit by the river
• Roast s’mores around the fire pit (wood not provided)
• Plug in your EV with the on-site charger
• Or simply listen to the river as you unwind in a rocking chair

- 7 person maximum
- All guests must be 25+ (with the exception of children with their parents).
- 2-3 vehicle maximum
- Pets are not allowed. You will be charged a $500 penalty fee if you bring a pet.
- The hot tub is for guests 25 and over only. Alcohol and glass is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK!
- No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control.
