“The hotel was clean and fine nothing to complain about. It was concerning the people walking around and to the back of the property. Make sure your car doors are locked and keep to yourself and check out and leave and it’s fine.”

“Travel to Ithaca a couple times a year and usually stay in one of the chain hotels in the city. But this most recent trip, I chose this lovely inn, as all of the usual spots were either booked or were priced out of my range for the level of accommodations. And my wife and I enjoyed our time very much.. Comfortable and charming. Definitely recommend it and hope to return. The Dempsey Suite was a great choice.”

“Excellence property. Everything about it is perfect. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The burger was delicious at Carvers. Having everything in one place is the best. The rooms were clean and have everything you need. We loved the countertops and flooring. It’s so much better than a typical hotel. We will 100% be going back.”

“This place is a dump with a bunch of druggies in the parking lot!! it is definitely not worth $135 a night! It is the grossest place. I’ve stayed in a long time!”

“The only thing in the lobby was water. In the past there has been coffee or tea and even hot cider (packet). There was nno cocoa in the room (as in the past) and even though it was early May, the weather was chilly.”

“We never set foot in the place unfortunately. We got to the property after dark and it was unlit exterior The door was not programmed as promised and we could not get in. The owner didn’t respond to our or the property management company’s many communications for two days so we had to stay at a run down hotel which was all we could get at 9:30 on a Friday night in the middle of nowhere A week later the owner still hadn’t responded or apologized for our family’s considerable inconvenience...
