“Stora rum, dock lite lyhört”

“We didn't stay here! We walked into the room and saw hair in the bathroom sink, there were 2 beds and one was so close to the bathroom door that you had to shimmy past the bed or climb over it to get to the bathroom. There were flies in the room too. It looked like some sort of apartment deep in the hood! My wife was basically disgusted with the place. I'm trying to get a refund for this as we had to find another hotel for the night.”

“Unfriendly place, the breakfast was not good. It feels like a cheap hotel. Hyatt tume down! The Hyatt does not live up to its reputation”

“Location was great and convenient to get around. I do need to point out that there is a $4.10 per day for parking that we were not aware of. I have to call to ask what is the unauthorized charge on my card. (It would be nice to be told at the front desk when we check in.) Otherwise the stay was good. No issues means good stay.”

“Element hotels is my favorite hotel chain. Coming here felt like coming home. The room, cleanliness, breakfast, lobby/working area, amenities, the staff - everything is great. The only complaint I have is that the light inside the closet kept lighting up randomly at night making it hard to sleep, so I had to open the blackout curtain to avoid the constant shift in lighting - but would have preferred to have it dark. Would 100% stay here again and could not recommend it more!”

“The staff were more engaged with their own conversations than actually welcoming me as a guest and focusing on my stay. It was especially striking because I was the only guest upon my arrival and the only guest at the buffet upon my arrival. When addressing me they rushed and then quickly returned to laughing and hanging out together”
