This amazing property is remote but not. It is literally minutes from an interstate exit off I10.

As you wind down the road parallel to the interstate, you will pass a few homes, some new and some older RV parks until you get to your private gated entrance for the River Home.

The driveway is gated and will be open to welcome you. You are welcome to leave the gate open or close it behind you (we always leave it open!)

There are no stores in the immediate neighborhood. There is a well stocked/well lit/ safe and popular truck stop/ gas station/ with an old fashioned diner just 5 minutes up the road at the Interstate exit.

Free parking on the premises. You will need a vehicle to access the property.

We do require a rental agreement upon booking which is easily done electronically.
Must submit a $500 off-platform security hold that will be collected upon signing rental agreement but it will not be placed until 2 days prior to arrival and it is released 7 days after departure, if no damages are reported. Please note we are API Connected to a hotel-style software called OwnerRez to safely and securely take off-platform security deposits.
