Everything was in excellent condition and the staff attentive and professional. The breakfast was a dream and all egg dishes made to order, served on a hot plate. Included in the breakfast price. The machine making fresh orangejuice have to be my personal favorite. â

It's easy to get here from the main station both by U-bahn and by foot. Pempelfort isn't overrun by tourists, so it feels more genuine and laidbackâ

"Bra hotell utifrÄn priset jag betalade. Trevlig personal, hjÀlpsam, vÀlkomnande och ett bra bemötande. Bra stÀdade rum och frÀscht. GÄngavstÄnd till centrum med restauranger, centralstation. "
"It was a long wait for the check-in and the young lady doing it did most of the things wrong. No one even asked to help with the luggage despite the fact that there was a staircase to the room and I had a big suitcase. The room looked dated, had a view over the fans on the yard and most of the lamps were unplugged and I had to crawl on the floor to put them in. The lock did not work so housekeeping and other staff came in 5 times when trying to dress. Next time, I will select another hotel in DĂŒsseldorf. This was a sad experience."
