“The staff was so friendly and accomodating, I forgot my toothpaste and was given a complimentary travel size for free. The room was beautiful, and clean, the breakfast was next level, lots of options! My only complaint is that the rooms are not sound proof at all, there was a baby crying across the hall and it sounded like it was right beside me. Also, I had a business meeting online, and my colleagues could hear the vacuum cleaner down the hall.”

“The Hyatt is located in a great spot - very close to downtown, Prospera Place and the waterfront. The King suite room was very clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well. We didn't try the in-house restaurant but there is food available - breakfast is $11 per day for guests. Free underground secure parking is available. Staff are lovely, making check-in and check-out a breeze. This was my second stay and I will definitely return.”
