“I stayed at this property at the end of May 2026. The hotel was well maintained and clean. The amenities such as the pool and restaurant were excellent. Loved the staff; very friendly and helpful;. The location is great for peace and quiet out of the heart of the town, the views are outstanding; but it is not walkable to anywhere.”

I tried to reach them a week before the trip, a couple of days before the trip and then when I arrived in St Thomas. I finally got in touch with Ronita as we were pulling up to the apartments. “I stayed for 4 nights and 5 days. There was no cleaning done to Room #301. I had to ask for towels and bath mats daily. One of the electric outlets had black burn marks on it. We didn't touch it. We had to empty our bedroom/bathroom trash daily. No one came to the room at all. There was no bed linen change either. The room was clean when we got there.
