Welcome to this little beach home in the heart of Emerald Isle, a cozy little beach home in the heart of Emerald Isle! Ideally located just about a 10–15 minute walk from the beach, local shops, and dining, this cozy retreat is the perfect place to relax and enjoy all that the island has to offer.

The home features three bedrooms, including two queen beds and a fun bunk bed, making it ideal for families and small groups. After a day of adventure, unwind in the cozy living room with a futon and plenty of space to relax.

Two full bathrooms with showers provide convenience during your stay. Complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and bar soap are provided to help make your visit as comfortable as possible.

Kitchen & Starter Supplies

To help you settle in, we provide the following starter supplies:

• 1 roll of paper towels
• 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
• Shampoo, conditioner, and bar soap
• Coffee (enough for one pot on your first morning)
• Powdered creamer and sugar
• Olive oil and vinegar
• A selection of basic spices

These are starter supplies provided for your convenience. For extended stays, additional supplies may need to be purchased during your visit.

Relax and unwind in the outdoor patio area, featuring a dining table for outdoor meals, a BBQ grill, and a cozy fireplace—perfect for gathering with family and friends after a day at the beach.

Kayaks & Outdoor Shower

Enjoy the beautiful coastal surroundings with three complimentary kayaks and a classic canoe. An outdoor shower is also available for rinsing away the salt and sand after a day at the beach or on the water.

With both heating and air conditioning, you’ll stay comfortable no matter the season. The Mermaid House offers a welcoming, laid-back atmosphere where you can relax, enjoy the island, and create lasting memories.

The Mermaid House is a single-wide manufactured home with a private backyard that is not fully fenced. Please refer to the map for the home’s exact location on the island.
