High-speed wireless internet is included, so you can stay connected while enjoying your time away.

Floor #0 features a private apartment-style suite with its own exterior oceanside entrance (please note there is no interior access from the main house). This space includes one Queen bed and two Twin beds, along with a full bath. Linens are not provided for this floor, making it an ideal option for guests seeking additional privacy and flexibility. Located on this floor is an interior laundry room with washer and dryer adds to the home’s convenience.

Floor #1 the main living level welcomes you into an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area designed for comfort and connection. The spacious living room features an oversized sofa, comfortable chair, and flat-screen TV, with direct access to the covered oceanfront deck. Gated stairs provide added safety for families with small children, and the private beach walkway makes trips to the shore effortless. The dining area offers seating for six, perfect for family meals and gathering after a day at the beach. The fully equipped kitchen includes major appliances, a microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, and toaster to make meal preparation simple and convenient.

Bedroom #1 is Street Side and has a Twin Bed and a Queen Bed and a Flat Screen TV with a shared bath. Bedroom #2 is the Master Bedroom with a King Bed, Private Bath, and TV. Bedroom #3 has two Twin Beds with a shared bath.

Up to 2 Dogs Allowed with our All-Inclusive Pet Policy for Weekly and Nightly stays - No fee! It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.

Rents Weekly Sunday - Sunday. Rents Nightly with a 3 night minimum in advance during Off Season, last minute during In Season.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
