Emerald Isle OCEANFRONT 4 BR 1/2 Duplex - watch dolphins from the deck!

Welcome to this beautiful oceanfront home with breathtaking views. Relax on the sunny partially covered deck, listening to the ocean waves and watching pelicans diving in the water and dolphins swimming near the shore.

At the main level, you can find a spacious open, custom designed floor plan with beautiful woodwork, great room with stone fireplace and a large smart TV, a breakfast table where you can enjoy your coffee or a board game, oceanfront deck right off living area and walkway to the beach, a large kitchen with solid surface countertops, and a large dining area. A bedroom with a queen bed, a full bathroom and a laundry room can also be found on the main level.

Walk up the stairs to the top level and you will find a loft with a futon, play area and a second smart TV. Your eyes will soon be caught by the beautiful oceanfront master bedroom with a king bed, a daybed with a pullout trundle and an oceanfront bathroom and a balcony. Also on the top level are two bedrooms, with a queen bed in one room and two twin beds in another, sharing a jack-and-Jill bathroom.

The ground level offers a half bathroom and an outdoor shower.

The community is gated and accessed with passes only, with year round tennis and basketball courts, and a swimming pool that opens in the late spring to early fall.

This house is mainly used by its owners with only a few weeks rented each year. What is the most liked about it is the tranquility you feel relaxing in this beautifully decorated house with the green/blue ocean in its background. Come and enjoy this experience yourself and have a wonderful relaxing time at this rarely found Ocean Reef Pearl!

Would stay again in a heartbeat!

The views are outstanding and exactly what I wish for when on a beach vacation. We saw dolphins every morning around 9:30am, enjoyed the less crowded beach and the bike path to town for lunch. The house manager Heather went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay & we did! Thanks Heather :)

Beautiful House

This is a beautiful house right on the beach. Hannah was a great host and went out of her way to make sure we had a wonderful experience. She contacted us shortly before our stay to let us know that that the top floor AC was out. She offered to cancel our reservation and refund our money. As it was short notice we decided to take the chance and continue as planned. She offered to reimburse us for fans if needed. The nights were cool and it was comfortable with the windows open and the ceiling fans on. The house is well maintained and furnished with everything you need. Beach chairs were listed in the description but were not available. Hannah offered to reimburse us for chairs if we wished to purchase some but we decided they were not needed. There were chairs on the porch that overlooked the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

We had plenty of room to relax and enjoy Emerald Isle

We had a wonderful stay. Hannah is very responsive and easy to communicate with. The home is exactly as the listing states. The beach is right out the back door and the deck has plenty of seating to watch the waves and dolphins. We will 100% plan to stay here again.

Perfect place for a little getaway!

The house was everything it was described as. Right on the beautiful beach. We seen dolphins beautiful sunrises and sunsets. You can set on the deck and just listen to the sound of the waves. It was a great place to relax. Hannah was an exceptional host. She answered my questions promptly and made we aware of any issues. I would definitely recommend.

Fabulous spring getaway

Hannah, our host was super responsive and easy to work with. The house was just as described and more. The back deck overlooks the beach and it was like sitting on the beach without actually doing so. Emerald Isle was beautiful as well as the adjoining towns on the crystal coast.❤️

Fantastic communication with property owner. House is well equipped with everything you need. Home is very comfortable. Views are incredible! Ocean is nice and close. Small community so not crowded beach area. Simply loved our stay at this house!

Everything we had hoped for!

My husband and I took 2 small children (6&8) and 2 teenagers (16&17) to his property for spring break. The home was exactly as pictured and as the kids would say “the beach is our backyard!” This is a great space for a larger family or group. There were also many family friendly activities nearby. The property manager was extremely helpful with suggestions for activities and places to get seafood. He was also readily available for any questions we had. The sunsets and sunrises were stunning. None of us wanted to leave! We all agreed we would definitely go back to this property again.
